The Kickback Scheme Cons Piracy

Yeah, it is a bit of an Alpha Bet soup in today’s Title with all the three letter acronyms but there is always a reason I Spell the Magic of Words differently. Why Alpha Bet instead of alphabet? Because Words are Magic and they were betting on Words becoming Our Highest Creative Power. Words are Ideas and Ideas are Creative and Form Sub-Stance into Matter. Everything Matters.

The Alpha Bet and the World of Babble On

I’ve talked about this before but there are 23 pairs of chromosomes in the DNA, the first pair determine sex, the rest are assigned to a Letter of the Alpha Bet. That worked very well with ancient languages with only 22 Letters because each Letter had its own designated chromosome. But by adding four extra Letters, they were hoping that the extra Letters Will equal more Ideas and force Our DNA to evolve – until then, there is confuse-Sean in the English language because at least four letters are assigned to chromosomes that are already designated to another Letter. That’s why six is nine and zero equals two. Six is the same symbol in Our Mind right side up or upside down, but We’ve associated two different Ideas with the same symbol – the land of Babble On. Didn’t they tell You that Our language was confounded. Live backwards is evil and that’s not a coincidence (for example).

I don’t Wish to get too off track with esoteric occulted knowledge today, We are tall King about the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme and their Star Player, Kelly the Criminal Kritsch. Kelly the Criminal Kritsch was offered the opportunity to Play a more Honourable Role in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean just last week, ‘Kelly the Commendable Kritsch’. All I was as King of Kelly to do is ensure that no more public money is unlawfully diverted into the pockets of Ottawa’s not for profit slumlords and agree to make Me whole for the $6986.00 I am Entitled to receive. She declined the Role. Oh, I was also as King for an apology. That was too big an ask.

Kelly the Criminal Kritsch Provides Evidence of Kickback Scheme Collusion

Kelly the Criminal Kritsch did not just decline what I was thing King was a very generous offer, she actually provided Me with new evidence of fraud in MHI’s accounting ledgers reflecting NEW overpayments to the landlord!!! Sound familiar? If it doesn’t, spoiler alert – they intended to send Me a REDACTED ledger but sent the unredacted ledger by mistake (Michael the Tyrannical Thiele)!!! This is what One calls ‘stuck on stupid’. However, also Keep in Mind that when One is engaged in this level of deceit and corrupt-Sean, embezzling money from marginalized minorities into the Hands of not for profit slumlords posing as philanthropists (like MHI), criminals tend to get careless and make mistakes. Fraud is very hard to cover up especially as time moves on because there is absolutely no Found a Sean for it!!! Time doesn’t conceal lies, it exposes them. That is why there Will be an Apocalypse very soon (four years max now).

Kelly the Criminal Kritsch Pays $2406.00 to MHI

This is literally what happens every year, the only difference is that this time the landlord managed to get a hearing before the LTB before the rent was actually paid. Usually, all I have to do is let the City of Ottawa’s liar posing as lawyer, Genevieve Langlais in on a couple of emails and (although they usually just continue to ghost Me and My Notices of liability) the rent gets paid to avert a claim. But no One ever concedes to any wrongdoing as she watches the city of Ottawa’s employees collude with not for profits to exploit the People they are supposed to be helping.

And believe Me, this is NOT just Me! People in the community are literally terrified to ask any Questions about anything ever since Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz took over for fear of being targed for eviction. She doesn’t even pretend to be nice, most of the complaints are about bullying and ghosting maintenance requests. Only one person in the community even has the courage to be seen with Me for fear of being targeted by associate-Sean! It’s insane – I’m like the Andrew Tate of My Microcosm!!!

Accounting Ledger Discrepancies

I was just so relieved that she finally did what she ought to have done in May that I didn’t even do the math or think about it. I do have a semi photographic memory, so the Image of the $2510.00 that Sarah the Lawless Liar was as King of Me for did catch My attent-Sean but I had remembered thing King that seemed excessive and inaccurate anyway, so I just Gifted Kelly the Criminal Kritsh and Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz with the Benefit of the doubt.

However, the numbers did start to Roll around in My Mind which is how things usually work for Me. I was actually war King on tending My plants when I started thing King about it and doing math in My Head as best as I was able, trying to figure out which number was correct. My math says neither accounting Record is correct!!! Let’s do the math together.

I don’t Mind telling You My rent is $1132.00 a month and there is a last month rent deposit on ledger for same. Presumably, if the account stopped getting paid in July, they Will only receive the Ontario Works portion which is $345.00.

Am I wrong, or does there appear to be something funny with these numbers? It’s off by $45.00 from what the ledger should show if they are doing accurate accounting! What makes that number especially interesting? Well, that extra fifteen dollars a month is supposed to be going to Me – at least until they Honour the rest of the Benefits I’m Entitled to receive.

MHI Scheduledn to Steal $15.00 a Month for 2027

So that’s why the ledger is off because they are NOT paying $60/month for utilities, they are only paying $45.00 (which I requested to have increased to $50.00), the other $15.00 I’m Entitled to receive is going to My slumlord, MHI. How does that happen ‘by mistake’? Ironically, the only Way I discover how much fraud they are doing is when they try to evict Me because that’s the only time I ever get to see how much they are ACTUALLY stealing from Me!

Con Front a Sean with the Fraudsters

I am being conned so let’s bring that Issue to the Front and Con Front Our wrongdoers.

Starring Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz

Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz is included on My email with Kelly to let her know that she was as King for $2510.00 and I Wish to know how Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz is fudging her numbers. It’s bad enough they are stealing money but Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz is as King for even more and there is no logical explain a Sean for it!

109. (1) A landlord shall (shall=must) provide free of charge to a tenant or former tenant, on request, a receipt for the payment of any rent, rent deposit, arrears of rent or any other amount paid to the landlord.

So I followed up today, as King to please prove Your accounting to Me and let Me know what is correct and how You have come to Your calculate-Sean’s because We do have a hearing before the LTB tomorrow, One Will be thing King that the LTB Will have an accounting to Present, no? Or are the LTB so complicit that she doesn’t even need to prove her case or provide valid receipts? We are as King any Way.

Theft of Subsidies and Entitlements

I can now confirm that MHI is stealing an extra fifteen dollars a month. Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz would have known that if she were actually using a legitimate ledger to calculate her numbers. I should have received an extra $45.00 to put toward My hydro over the three months because I still pay from the basic needs portion because $45.00 is not enough to cover the utilities. If the subsidy was suspended in July, where is that money coming from or was the subsidy even revoked at all? Where is the money I didn’t receive for the utilities for that period, where did it go?

Well, We have absolute grounds to dismiss the Application because the LTB doesn’t even have the authority to evict if the landlord cannot prove their accounting or is shown to be taking overpayments.

(a) the landlord is in serious breach of the landlord’s responsibilities under this Act or of any material covenant in the tenancy agreement;

(c) the reason for the application being brought is that the tenant has attempted to secure or enforce his or her legal rights;

(d) the reason for the application being brought is that the tenant is a member of a tenants’ association or is attempting to organize such an association; or

Every single one of the above applies tomorrow, so it Will be a Good time to be as King for Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz to explain her crooked math.
