Unfortunately (well, fortunately for Me I guess, unfortunate for Robert the Belligerent Brown), Christina was unable to find any Record of any fines against either ‘The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean’ or the Beneficiary/Applicant.

But they didn’t tell us that . Because I protested the decision . So the tenant was also fined $100 and the beneficiaries name is REDACTED.
Is there a fine for her for $100 on the record as well? I’m checking right now..

So I look throughout the system to see if I can find anything regarding the letter that you received..

on my end . I only get access to whatever is on the file . So on my end I’ve just used up the application word to submit in order and that’s it . So what I would do is send an inquiry to the LTB via email . Yeah but I’ve done that . That’s why I’m calling because I’ve actually called or sorry emailed . I’ve emailed twice . And..

And I’ve responded with, I responded to the LTB and the SBT together because the matter in question concerns and appeal before the social benefits tribunal, which constitutes a multitude of suits under the Courts of Justice Act, which is not allowed..
You’re not allowed to engage in a multiplicity of suits..
So the LTV is not allowed to proceed against me with an eviction notice when there’s already a matter before the SBT..
They have to wait until that has been decided..
So I’m objecting under rule 83 of the Residential Tendencies Act, sections one , two , three and four..
The phone number that you gave me has been scheduled for a hearing but there has been no decision made..
So that phone number doesn’t have anything pertaining to the process..
Yeah , but that’s what I’m protesting because I have responded to that and I’ve advised them that they don’t..

You’re not allowed to accept an application because it violates rule 83 of the Residential Tenancies Act which is a multiplicity of suits..
So my understanding is like anybody can file an application and then as long as they file it correctly , get caught in the system..
Whether or not it’s going to be a draft will be determined after hearing..
So if you bring that up … No , it can’t be determined at the hearing..

It specifically states that under rule 83..
So I mean like after the planning before the hearing if it even begins? Right..
So I’m not saying you have to do it as a preliminary issue..

What I would like you to do and my concern is that I’m not holding you liable so don’t get upset with me for saying this but the ltb Is complicit with the landlord . Okay . My landlord is uh in the city of Ottawa’s kickback scheme Okay and they’ve been actually using the LTB as a laundering facility..
Okay what they do is they deny tenants any representation and they just gaslight every single piece of evidence that the tenant provides and rule in the landlord’s favor every single time . So I’m taking all of these matters to the divisional court right now and the landlord has been charged $137 million for six years worth of stealing from tenants . They’ve been stealing their their subsidies and Robert Brown has been aiding and abetting those crimes before that it was James William Campbell and he recently resigned after I placed him on notice and the correct address for me is The Kingdom of Heaven Foundation and my name is King Sean of House Von Den and so I’ve sent back all of the applications that were sent to me by regular mail from the LTB because the LTP is pleading willful blindness or ignorance of the emails that I’m sending them..
They’re pretending they’re not receiving my emails while they continue to correspond with me through regular mail..
And just like you said , you can’t even find the fine on the LTP record on your end..
So I can’t find any signal? Right . That’s fraud..

He’s been placed on notice in his personal private capacity..

But I do need you to send something out to me confirming that the Kingdom of Heaven Foundation that there’s no record of a fine for the Kingdom of Heaven Foundation with the LTP..

you can just put a note on the file something like that like a sticky note or something on the top of the file that says respondent objects under rule 83 of the RTA And then you can even put their please check Yeah respondent objects to this application in accordance with rule 83 or section 83 of the residential tenancies act..

Reporting Systemic Fraud to LTB Feedback at Ontario

The ‘Rubber Stamping’ Document Fraud of Ontario Courts and Tribunals

What is going on here? This is the exact same fraud that was perpetrated against Me in criminal Matters that never actually existed on the official Registry! What they do, is have some One complicit in their fraud Sign the document, endorse it with the Seal of the Tribunal or respective Court, but never process the document onto any official Registry. To the Common Man who doesn’t have six years of experience getting grifted by these clowns posing as Crown’s representatives, this all looks very real and legit. My Beneficiary thought for sure they were extorting her financially before she Will be allowed to bring another application before the board, which she Will never do anyway because she has lost all Faith in their legitimacy and Gave the LTB Notice of her loss of Faith and confidence in the Tribunal for its continuous abuse of process (My guess is that is not part of the official Record, either – they just ‘delete’ any inconvenient evidence or submissions).

Conclusion: Same Laundering Franchise, Different Locate-Sean’s

The Game is the same wherever it is Played. ‘Rubber Stamping’ documents in fraud to Give People the Illusion of legitimacy, then ‘railroad’ the individual in a mock hearing is the Way that Doug the Delinquent Downey has weaponized Ontario’s Courts and Tribunals against marginalized minorities and Self Presented litigants who cannot obtain any legal counsel at all because the Kickback Scheme’s criminal cancer has metastacized to the Legal Aid Society and the Law Society of Ontario who ignore complaints of fraud and deny individuals like My Beneficiary any right to competent counsel (because a liar posing as lawyer Will not be so easy to railroad, though they don’t seem to have any problems finding plenty of complicit liars posing as lawyers if One persists enough).
