The week is off to a very Motive a Sean all start because few things motivate Me more than holding State Actors accountable for their crimes and exposing the criminal clowns posing as public servants – and not for profit pirates posing as philanthropists like Multi-Hustle Initiative, (otherwise known as Multifaith Housing Initiative, or MHI).

To summarize, Home for Good provided Us with four years worth of Entitlement forms claiming rent plus $60.00 in utilities that appear to have been going directly into the hands of the landlord – at least, that’s been happening if the information provided to Us by Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke is not entirely fraudulent also. There were some inconsistencies. Home for Good was claiming rent to be $1132.00 in the Entitlement Form plus $60.00 for utilities for a total of $1192.00. The information Jason the Courteous Criminal provided to Me are old news, allegedly proof of what the Beneficiary has already received according to information provided to them by Home for Good and the landlord, MHI. Problem is, it doesn’t show any of the periods where the subsidy was revoked and lump sum payments were made to restore the account to Good standing. According to Home for Good, the landlord, MHI has been receiving payments like clockwork, including an additional $60.00 for utilities they don’t pay since 2021 and beyond.
Although they are engaged in so much fraud it is impossible to know if anything they tell Me is True or if any of the documents they produce are legitimate, it is still worth exposing the inconsistencies. I don’t doubt for one second that they would create documents entirely in fraud to try to convince Me there is no fraud, no theft of money, no claiming to pay utilities they know damn well they are not paying, and no random increase in rent is coming up in November because the landlord would be required to Give Notice ninety days ahead, right? That was one of the inconsistencies I brought up in the last Post, remember? Jason the Courteous Criminal’s Notice of Entitlement for the previous year states that the landlord received $1078.00 in June 2025 for rent so they would have to show that the landlord had already increased rent to $1104.00 (meaning that Jason’s 2024-2025 Entitlement Form is incorrect and fraudulent) sometime before that, and at least one year prior to increasing it again in November.
Well, they’ve engaged in so much fraud that nothing they say could ever make the Entitlement Form they provided Me with this year a True statement of facts. It is absolutely a document of fraud as there is no possible way that the landlord could be charging $1132.00 for rent in July of 2025 as stated in the Entitlement Form if the last rent paid in June of the same year was $1078.00. It’s exactly twice as much as the landlord can legally increase rent in a year, and (again) not without ninety days notice to the tenant first. I pointed this out yesterday before I sent My Notice to them this morning. I was baiting a hook for them.
First, please read My new email to every One this morning, revoking consent to private communications between MHI, Home for Good (HFG) and Ontario Works (OW) in light of the breach of public Trust, theft of public money, and gross criminal malfeasance (at best – if We’re being generous and presume they are stupid and not intentionally fudging numbers and stealing money).
First, although I Will Give her credit for addressing her email to ‘King Sean, House von Dehn’, the rest of the email is just antagonistic gaslighting and this is what Kelly the Criminal Kritsch is famous for. She pretends like she’s too stupid to understand what I’m as King of her and every One else to do. The revocation of consent to communicate was not revoked, the consent to communicate between agencies regarding the Beneficiary’s affairs privately and without My direct oversight has been revoked. They want all or nothing. They Wish to obtain My consent so they can communicate privately, tell Me nothing and steal as much as they can get away without Me finding out. If that’s not what they’ve been trying to do, it has been the unintended consequence and effect of their gross criminal negligence.
It’s also antagonistic because the other reason I sent the email to every One is so that every One can answer in front of Me and every One else who was involved because I know how much they all like to pretend they don’t talk about anything without My knowledge and consent and plead ignorance of what other State Actors representing the City of Ottawa do while they Secretly conspire against Me. They also like to point fingers to some One else.
So I just attached her email to a reply that I sent to every One in My original email. Wouldn’t You know, One might even be thing King that Sarah the Liar Lorenz and every One else conspiring against Me must have read the last Post because would You believe that in a completely separate, entirely unrelated email thread, Alexia Ferron-Walters sends Me a ‘Letter for Household’ with Sarah the Liar Lorenz carbon copied on the email.
Wouldn’t You know, it’s ninety day notice of an increase in rent beginning December, 2025! What are the chances?! Of course, I tell Alexis that she has just proved that the last two years of Entitlement Forms sent to Me by Home for Good are documents of fraud because they claim rent was $1078.00 in June of 2025.
So they had to decide if they Will double down on the fraud and produce another notice for the 2024-2025 cycle that shows the rent increasing to $1104.00 sometime on or before November 2024 (which is the only Way that the rent can increase to $1132.00 in December, otherwise the new amount is above the maximum allowable by law). Surprise, surprise, that’s exactly what she does!!!
Interesting that they can get the tenant’s name correct in 2024. The one below was no doubt drafted to antagonize.
But isn’t it amazing how quickly they solved the rent increase problem?! I mention how that’s a big glitch in their story and Sarah the Liar Lorenz is kind enough to prove to Me that everything Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke provided to Me for the 2024 through 2026 cycle was completely fabricated and has nothing to do with what was actually paid out to the landlord. At least, if what Sarah the Liar Lorenz is True.
There was no Way they could make one statement True without making the other statement false – even if Home for Good spent almost two weeks putting together completely fictitious Entitlement Forms in hopes of making everything look legit. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show any of these rent increases that Sarah has just enlightened Us to, the interruptions in payments, the lump sum payments that had to be made to restore the account to Good standing on several occasions… But let’s face it, all the fraud is worth it because at least this Way they get to claim the maximum rent amount allowable by law. How much do You Wish to bet that if We were as King of Sarah for the service of those Notices of increase on the tenant she won’t be able to produce them for last year and possibly even the year before?
But it also comes at the cost of a little of Lile the Malevolent Moron Mukalay and Mathieu Regimbald because they already sent a letter stating that rent is increasing in November which is now proven to be untrue. Rent is officially increasing in December because the landlord gave Notice today. What a coincidence, right!?
And that’s why I don’t Wish to have any One email Me separately until some One takes accountability for the money that was stolen from the Beneficiary. I turned the emails from Sarah the Liar Lorenz and Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and added them as replies to My original Notice, placing them each on Notice of Criminal and Civil Liability in their personal, private capacity.
But the final antagonistic act of the day was another unlawful Notice of Entry by landlord MHI, Multi Harassment Initiative. Today, at four o’clock in the afternoon, I receive an email telling Me some One Will be entering My apartment sometime over the next two days to change My exhaust filter – a job that literally takes less than thirty seconds to do!
They do this every year, they know exactly how long it takes. If they start on the bottom floor of one building, they can be done two floors within two hours easily. They could do the entire building in a day, an hour a floor is very generous, it would probably take forty minutes for two floors. They want tenants to be on guard waiting for two full days, having no idea when they Will show up and expecting to enter the apartment if the tenant is not home. They didn’t even give twenty-four hours notice which is the minimum, and the notice must include a time frame that is reasonable and proportionate to the work being done. It’s like they’ve never served any One with a lawful Notice of Entry. That’s why Edward the Idiot – don’t have a last name and (not surprisingly) he doesn’t Wish to tell Me.
