It must be understood that Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker’s cowardly appearance at the SBT is not an Act of defense; it is an Act of contempt against a Judgment already rendered. Years ago, I issued a binding ‘Notice of Default Judgment (Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata)’ against Ontario Works et al. for fraud, breach of trust, and spoliation of evidence.
Why?
He was sent in as a clandestine operative by the province after the abdication and resignation of Merrilee Fullerton, a direct result of my successful campaign to expose her negligence – and perhaps also pressure from the Ontario Autism Cooalition Service, an organization she had been ‘ghosting‘ – demonstrating that running and hiding from accountability is what ‘Honourable’ State Actors do best? Yeah, that was sarcasm, these are the epitome of bad State Actors , moral bankruptcy and depravity, exploiting Canada’s most marginalized minorities. I think it’s fair to call this treason as it is obviously a coordinated attack involving many levels of government who replace bad State Actors like heads of their hydra of corrupt-Sean.
This means the legal matter is already settled! They were found guilty by default. Their failure to respond, their spoliation of documents, and their ongoing collusion are not new issues to be debated; they are aggravating factors in a crime for which they have already been convicted!
The Rule of Law under Canada’s Criminal Code states that ‘aggravating circumstances’ MUST (not optional) take the position of the individual in relation to the breach and the length of time the conspiracy has been afoot into consider a Sean at the time of sentencing:
- Abuse of Trust/Authority:
- Exploiting a position of trust or authority to commit the crime is a statutory aggravating factor. In cases of public or significant private breach of trust, the courts emphasize the principle of “general deterrence”.
- Conspiracy and Planning:
- A conspiracy inherently involves premeditation (spoliation of documents requires intent), which is evaluated as a significant aggravating factor. The duration, complexity, and degree of planning of the scheme increase culpability.
- Magnitude and Impact:
- The scale of the offense—such as the amount of financial loss, the number of victims affected, and the severity of the financial or psychological impact on the victims—is strictly considered.
- Breach of Public Duty:
- If the breach involves a public official (e.g., CCC s. 122), conduct that represents a “serious and marked departure” from expected standards to further dishonest or corrupt purposes serves as a major aggravating circumstance.
- Personal Gain and Professional Standards:
- Evidence of personal greed as a primary motivator, or the offender’s failure to comply with normally applicable professional standards or licensing requirements.
- Concealment:
- Efforts to actively hide the crime, such as destroying or forging records to conceal the conspiracy or its proceeds.
- Other Statutory Triggers:
- Involvement of a criminal organization, victimizing highly vulnerable individuals, or committing the crime while already under a conditional sentence or on parole.
The presence of Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker is therefore not to argue the facts, but to continue the cover-up. He is not a defense lawyer; he is a liar posing as lawyer and a co-conspirator actively engaged in the obstruction of justice by perpetuating a cover-up.
