I come to you today not merely to report on mismanagement, but to expose a colossal, systematic grift that has been operating under the guise of “social welfare”. I call it the ‘Fascism Posing as Philanthropy, 101’ course, taught at Carleton University by Dr. Tessa Hebb.
The Deception: Promise Change, Invest in Professional Gaslighting Instead
Our investigation has revealed a sophisticated extraction machine designed to siphon millions of dollars from the most vulnerable members of our community, into the Hands of not for profit slumlord, MHI (Multi-Hustle Initiative/Multifaith Initiative) all while maintaining a polished, professional veneer of “non-profit” benevolence.
How it Works – The Grift
1. Manufacture Consent
The most insidious part of this scheme is how they force the theft to appear legal. We have witnessed how MHI (Multifaith Housing Initiative) compels tenants to sign “Consent Forms” under the threat of losing their very housing or their provincial subsidies. They frame these forms as a “requirement” for verifying income—a trap designed to strip the Beneficiary of their autonomy – but all done under the guise of ‘Good Faith’ (‘this Way We can make sure You are always Entitled to Housing and never lose Your subsidy’). Once they have successfully coerced and intimidated the tenant into Signing away their privacy rights, State Actors and not for profits immediately get to work – once the Signatures are obtained, the theft begins.
The Great Subsidy Shell Game
Our investigation has uncovered a predatory “Double-Dip” strategy. MHI uses the data gathered from the forced consent to lie to the Beneficiaries. They tell tenants that essential “housing costs”—utilities, phone access (required to enter the building), and mandatory rental insurance—are “not covered” by provincial agencies like Ontario Works and must be paid out of the tenant’s “Basic Needs” portion of Beneifts instead.
The Calculated Lie
While the tenant is left starving, forced to choose between electricity and food, MHI is simultaneously claiming the Home for Good subsidy from City of Ottawa’s Kelly the Colluding Kritsch. We know—and the Law knows—that the Home for Good subsidy specifically covers the additional costs not covered by the province for Housing – that was in fact one of the main ‘objectives’ of the program to Keep People housed as many People Give up their housing so they can afford to eat – the ‘Home for Good’ subsidy was designed to change all that – until City of Ottawa discovered that these marginalized minorities can easily be taken advantage of. They are charging the Province for the very expenses they are forcing the tenants to pay out of pocket. They are stealing the subsidy, giving it to the landlord, and then “donating” stale bread to the tenants to make up for stealing their grocery allowance!!! Fucking cunts is what they are!!!
The $2,000,000 Question
The scale of this larceny is staggering. If we calculate even a modest $5,000 stolen per person over six years (as has been done to Me), multiplied by the 400 units under their management, we are looking at a $2,000,000 heist over the last six years alone, masquerading as a non-profit, charitable organization. And yet, despite our repeated demands, MHI refuses to provide receipts to a single soul in direct violation of the Residential Tenancies Act. They are hiding the paper trail because the paper trail is their conviction (and potential death sentence for TREASON).
The Professionalism of Parasitism

To protect this theft, they have hire a “shield” of professionals:
- The Spin Doctors: After the disastrous “Community Town Hall” where MHI leadership attempted to gaslight tenants regarding “protected vermim” living in their rooftop rafters, they hired Hebb, Knights and Associates. This ‘PR’ (Public Relations) firm is not an impartial third party; they are a $25,000 coat of paint used to manufacture a “satisfaction survey” and spin this exploitation into something palatable for the public. Deflect and distract, rather than maintain the properties.
- The Academic Alibi: They utilize the credentials of “Doctors” like Tessa the Hideous Hebb and “Scholars” like Linda the Shill Sumbo to lend an air of legitimacy to their scams. We have issued a formal Notice to Dr. Hebb, challenging her to use her expertise in finance to recognize the mathematical impossibility of their client’s “poverty” while spendinh tens of thousands on reputation management.
- The Judicial Muzzle: When we brought this to the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT), We encountered Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby, who attempted to use the SBT’s ‘right’ to ‘privacy’ and ‘procedure’ to bury the Truth. There is no ‘right’ of any Tribunal or Court in Canada to a ‘private’ hearing unless it is to protect a vulnerable minority – State Actors are the People’s slaves, that is precisely WHY the mayor wears the Key to the City on a chain around his neck – to remind him he is a slave and can be taken to the gallows if he breaches the public Trust. By converting our vital oral testimony into a ‘paper hearing’ and allowing the Respondent to provide 100% redacted submissions after deadline for submissions has already concluded, the SBT has effectively Acted as a gatekeeper for the criminals, aiding and abetting the obstruction of justice and contempt for the SBT own practice and procedures.
- The Complicit Ring: This is not a series of accidents; it is a coordinated money laundering scheme designed to exploit Beneficiaries to line the pockets of not for profit slumlord, MHI. From the political protection of City Councillor Cathy Curry to the enforcement tactics of the Ottawa Police Service—who have twice attempted to suppress My reporting by arresting Me twice on bogus charges under a fake name to avoid judicial oversight—the ring is closing. We are no longer just observing a slumlord; we are witnessing a state-sanctioned raid on the dignity of the poor by Pirates posing as philanthropists
- The Light is Cast: The structure of the trap is set. We will continue to hold these bad Actors to the account of their Trust.
I. The Grand Architecture of the Grift (The Total Scam):We will reveal the cycle of extraction that defines Our investigation:
- The Compulsion (Sign or No Subsidy for You!): MHI forces tenants to Sign “Consent Forms” under the threat of losing their subsidies or their housing. They present this as a “requirement” for verifying income, effectively holding the tenant’s survival hostage.
- The Violation of Consent (Willful Breach of Trust): Once signed, these forms are used to violate MFIPPA (by Way of coerced consent obtained under duress) and the very purpose of the Trust. Instead of protecting the tenant, the data is used to identify exactly how much more can be siphoned from them by communicating with Hydro Ottawa, Ontario Works, the tenant’s insurance and phone company to find out how much they incurred in new housing expenses so that Kelly the Colluding Kritsch can add those amounts to the subsidy they Will Give to the landlord instead, starving the marginalized minority now deprived of their essential, basic needs.
- The Great Lie (The Subsidy Shell Game): They tell the Beneficiary that essential “housing costs”—utilities, phone access (for building entry), and mandatory rental insurance—are not included in provincial assistance and must come from the ‘Basic Needs’ portion of their Benefits. This is once again calculated deception as Ontario Works is NOT allowed to depreciate the Value of the basic needs because they are essential and must be used for food and other essential LIVING expenses (different category of Benefit from ‘housing costs’) unless they obtain the CONSENT of the Beneficiary – so they lie and intimidate the Beneficiary, telling them they must agree to starve and be deprived of their basic needs or lose their housing. Eventually, most just Give up their housing and are framed as ‘irresponsible’ derelicts incapable of maintaining housing when they really just can’t tolerate the abuse by State Actors.
- The Double-Dip (The Home for Good Theft): While the tenant is starved of their “Basic Needs” to pay for these items, the Home for Good subsidy—which legally includes these exact costs—is being funneled directly into the landlord’s pocket! They are charging the Province for the cost of the theft itself!!!
- The Stale Bread Strategy (the Sociopathic Narcissist): MHI ‘donates’ stale, unsliced, hours from mouldy bread to the starving tenants to maintain the illusion of Good Will, while simultaneously stealing the much larger subsidies that would actually allow them to feed their Self!!! They also Give first dibs on any donated food to the Community Gardening Gestapo who save all the best donated items for their fascist Friends.
This is how MHI is building communities and exploiting Canada’s marginalized minorities, I hope You have enjoyed this expose.
