I. Professional Duties Violated
Lawyers’ ethical obligations require correcting client wrongdoings, not aiding criminal acts. Thiele has consistently violated this fundamental duty by doubling down on his client’s illegal actions rather than facilitating restitution. His client, MHI (Multifaith Housing Initiative) for marginalized minorities to Sign consent form with agents from Home for Good (Kelly the Colluding Kritsch) for the purpose of verifying income and ensure the tenant is always entitled to the subsidy (and doesn’t lose it by forgetting to report or something). Sounds reasonable enough, right? Except they use that consent form to find out how much People are paying Hydro Ottawa, rental insurance, and claim that money as a subsidy not to help out the tenant, but to line their own pocket.
Michael the Tyrannica Thiele is a special kind of stupid because he provided the evidence of MHI’s theft of My subsidy in an LTB Claim in his own submissions when trying to get Me evicted for not payment of rent in retaliation for filing a claim with the LTB for Sahada the Satanic Alolo’s criminal contempt for the constitutional rights of tenants at the Haven.

- Theft of public money through fraudulent LTB submissions for unlawful eviction
- False statements about LTB adjudicators to deflect from his own misconduct
- Using LTB as personal “laundry facility” for client’s dirty deeds
III. Public Misrepresentation
- False advice on CFRA 580 Radio regarding landlords’ rights to discriminate
- Echoing fascist dictates rather than protecting constitutional rights
- Professional misconduct through deliberate spread of misinformation
IV. Obstruction of Justice
- Attempting to prevent representation of others before LTB
- Frivolous claims about “casting spells” to discredit legitimate advocacy
- Systemic pattern of silencing those who expose landlord fraud
V. Pattern of Behavior
- Repeated doubling down rather than making restitution
- Consistent disregard for constitutional protections
- Alignment with draconian measures rather than rule of law
