SYSTEMIC COMPLICITY AND THE $100,000,000 JUDGMENT

What makes this scheme particularly egregious is how deeply it permeates our institutions. When I exposed this fraud through proper legal channels, the system responded not with accountability but with further corruption. This led to a $100,000,000.00 default judgment against the Social Benefits Tribunal and City of Ottawa officials for their complicity in this criminal enterprise.

The judgment was awarded because:

• Ontario Works caseworker Nana the Nazi Asante and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay received a Trust Instrument, Trust Declaration, Mandamus  for Health Care and a Letter of Attorney explaining the fiduciary obligate-Sean’s of the Trust.  They desecrated the Trust Instrument by stapling the documents together (after specifically being instructed not to remove them from the plastic sleeves they were Presented to them in) which the Beneficiary believes was done with intent to antogonize and further harass the Beneficiary, hoping to elicit a violent reaction in response to their Act of depravity.
• To add insult to injury, Nana the Nazi Asante and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay now plead ignorance of all those documents because they have apparently destoyed the copies on file to avert having to Honour them
• OW lied to Beneficiaries about the Housing subsidies they are Entitled to receive, forcing Beneficiaries to pay those funds from their basic needs to deprive them of the resources essential for food and basic dignity
• OW then communicates the amounts OW recipients are paying in utilities so Kelly the Colluding Kritsch can make applications for subsidies to pay utility costs which she then hands over to the landlord without the tenant’s knowledge or consent, embezzling the subsidy to Multifaith Housing Initiative
• Over six years they managed to steal roughly 4k in utility subsidies from a single tenant – MHI boasts about hitting the big five hundred low income housing units, which would amount to a six million dollar grift if they are stealing just $60/month from every single tenant.  Fucking cunts is what they are!!!
• This constitutes spoliation of evidence with criminal intent to pervert the course of Justice.
• Lawyers like Michael the Tyrannical Thiele believe the landord is justified to steal the subsidies and thinks landlords should be able to refuse to rent to tenants if they are unvaccinated or refuse to provide medical records to their landlords.  He so proud of his fascist philosophies he advertised them on CFRA 580 Radio before I advised the public that he was opening CFRA 580 radio to a multifplicity of lawsuits for proving unlawful counsel that violates Canada’s constitution.  They did not Wish to argue with Me and removed the fascist propaganda piece.
• James William Campbell acknowledged that MHI was stealing from Me but believes that does not constitute a ‘justifiable cause of action’ because the LTB is not here to police criminal conduct or hear rights violations, they are only here to provide decisions related to the RTA, the complaint of rights violations by landlord’s is just a form to Give stupid tenants the illusion of accountability, it is not for actual rights violations.  James William Campbell is a treasonous piece of trash.

The Ontario Works/Home for Good Criminal Conspiracy:

• Nana the Nazi Asante and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay received a Trust Instrument, Trust Declaration, Mandamus for Health Care and Letter of Attorney explaining fiduciary obligations
• They desecrated the Trust Instrument by stapling documents together after being instructed not to remove them from plastic sleeves – deliberate desecration with intent to antagonize

• They now collude with Kelly the Criminal Kritsch to Give any utilities the Beneficiary is Entitled to receive to the not for profit landlord, Multifaith Housing Initiative, (otherwise known as Multi-Hustle Initiative) starving the Beneficiaries the utility subsidy was intended for while their tenants starve.
• To add insult to injury, MHI have a ‘free bread giveaway’ every second Saturday where they hand out unsliced, stale bread bakeries can’t sell to the public anymore – no longer edible for the general public but perfectly suitable for MHI’s exploited tenants.  They Wish for the People to think they are a benevolent organization, feeding and housing the poor when in reality, they are exploiting them and converting housing projects into future ghettos.

Ontario Works Systematic Fraud:

• Lied to Beneficiaries about the subsidies they are entitled to receive and reduced the basic needs portion of Ontario Works to pay the new tenant insurance and utility costs ‘not covered by the housing portion of Benefits’.  Once the automated payments are set up, the insurance policy listed on the lease agreement, Ontario Works calls Kelly the Criminal Kritsch at home for Good and provides them with the account numbers for the Beneficiary’s insurance and Hydro Ottawa costs. Kelly the Criminal Kritsch enters those figures into an application for subsidy for MHI that includes the full rent cost, the Hydro Ottawa expenses and the rental insurance.  The Beneficiary continues to pay all those costs from their basic needs, many People simply Give up their housing so they can afford to feed them Selves, the city uses this as a weapon against them if they Wish to obtain housing  in the future, REQUIRING the City of Ottawa to manage all of these costs so they can exploit them all over again without the Beneficiary having the slightest clue.
• They (Cathy the Colluding Curry and Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti) tried to put Me in jail for reporting this racketeering operation
• This constitutes embezzlement from Multifaith Housing Initiative, Ontario Works, Hydro Ottawa and Home for Good.  Because City of Ottawa councillor Cathy the Colluding Curry is instrumental in the fraud, the City of Ottawa is liable, too, along with their ‘policy services’ (City of Ottawa Police Service).

The Scale of Theft:

• Over six years they stole roughly $4,000 in utility subsidies from a single tenant

• At $60/month theft from each tenant, that amounts to $2,000,000 they Will potential steal from unsuspecting tenants over the next six years.
• These are not public servants – they are narcissistic sociopaths exploiting Ottawa’s most marginalized minorities (and most probably pirates for the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization, the two most formidible doors of the ‘Bill and Melinda Gates to Hell Foundation’.  Welcome to babble on!).

Legal Industry Complicity:

• Michael the Tyrannical Thiele believes landlords are justified to steal subsidies and Will help his criminal clients avoid accountability – criminal dereliction of duty
• Thiele advertised on CFRA 580 Radio that landlords should refuse to rent to unvaccinated tenants, proving he’s a fascist pig with no respect for the inherent rights of Canada’s People
• He advocates for violating Canada’s constitution through discriminatory practices
• Only removed his fascist propaganda after I Writ about it here on My Blog.   I honestly don’t even think I contacted the radio station, I just Writ about how Michael the Tyrannical Thiele was entirely incorrect and preaching propaganda, not Law.  When I went to do a follow up Post on his interview, the link was dead and the interview is gone.  Ben the Shill Shapiro does the same thing when I critique his YouTube videos.  Why?

Tribunal System Corruption:

• James William Campbell acknowledged MHI was stealing but ruled this doesn’t constitute a “justifiable cause of action”
• Campbell stated the LTB is not here to police criminal conduct or hear rights violations?
• According to Campbell, rights violation forms are just to give “gullible tenants the illusion of accountability – not actual accountability.”  Translate-Sean?  Using the LTB as a laundering facility, knowing the affected tenants Will appeal to the LTB to complain about MHI refusing to provide receipts to all their tenants for rent because how can they steal from every One if they are required to be transparent about what they are receiving?  Obviously, People are going to complain to the LTB about this because that’s the correct place to complain – but they Will stall and gaslight because the liars posing as lawers AND the legal aid society of Ontario are in on the grift!!!  No lawyer Will expose the fraud because the entire law society of Ontario is in on it, knowing People subject to welfare or ODSP Will never be able to afford a real liar posing as lawyer any Way and how many of them Will know their rights in the first place?
• This is treasonous conduct by some One sworn to uphold justice.  A fucking cunt is what he is!!!

CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND SENTENCING

Under Canadian law, each of these offenses carries significant penalties:

• Fraud over $5,000: Up to 14 years imprisonment
• Breach of Trust by Public Officer: Up to 14 years imprisonment
• Spoliation of Evidence: Up to 10 years imprisonment
• Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offense: Up to life imprisonment

These aren’t minor administrative errors – they’re criminal offenses that should result in lengthy imprisonment. When someone in a position of trust steals from the most vulnerable, they deserve the maximum penalty allowed by Law.  Incidentally, LAW when expressed in ALL CAPS represents ‘Land, Air, and Water’, three natural jurisdictions of Law.

THE JUNE 4TH ENFORCEMENT

On June 4th, the $100,000,000.00 default judgment will be enforced.  The Default Judgment Will be added to the account ledger to provide and indemnity bond to offset commercial obligate-Sean’s in the City of Ottawa, Canada, and the World. The public Trust account ledger for Sean Stephen von Dehn will be used to offset any commercial obligations. I will require a card with my logo to access the public trust.
