The tenants of a not for profit organization Promising to provide dignified housing and rental units were egregiously insulted by a ‘Community Town Hall’ they had been invited to attend by MHI’s (Multifaith Housing Inititiave) Al’a Shithead Shadid, one of the organizations senior board members. For almost two hours he listened to tenants complain of negligence related to virtually every single aspect of their tenancy, numerous violations of the City of Ottawa’s property standards, the Residential Tenancies Act, even basic accounting (no tenants are ‘privileged’ enough to know how much the landlord actually receives for rent, they refuse to provide receipts to any One in violation of the RTA).
I have the full minutes from the ‘town hall’ where Al’a Shithead Shadid provides a Masterclass in professional gaslighting, patronizing tenants, presuming they are stupid enough to believe any tall tale he tells them – like the City of Ottawa Will not allow the not for profit landlord to remove vermin from the townhouse or apartment building rafters because pigeons are ‘protected vermin’ in the City of Ottawa. He goes on to cite the number of health hazards and respiratory conditions this can cause and remarks on how unfortunate it is that ‘their hands are tied’ because of this legislation. Until a tenant brings up their phone to Show him that pigeons are not protected in the City of Ottawa – I guess he forgot People have ‘smart’ phones that are bullshit detectors.
But Al’a Shithead Shadid is providing a Masterclass in gaslighting and averting accountability, so he just doubles down and says, ‘Well, I couldn’t tell You what it says now, but that was the case when I last checked two years ago.”? What a fucking jackass!!! He’s lying through his teeth, believes every One there is too stupid to know and tries to convince every One that the legislation must have changed.

“We’ll have to look into it and estimate the costs but I can tell You We Will put that on Our list for the next year, We can only do so much…” – Al’a Shithead Shadid, paraphrasing from memory – but please find the entire transcript of the ‘Town Hall’ below.
So, One might think with this explosive gaslighting seminar going public that MHI might Wish to do something to improve their repute a Sean, right? Maybe now they send a crew in to wash some windows, trim some bushes, patch some rickety stairs, repair the MAU heating and air conditioning that has been broken for over three years, remove the vermin from the rafters of his buildings, You know, do what they can to restore Faith in the community. But do they do any of that? No.
What do they do instead? They hire ‘Hebb, Knights and Associates’, a PR consulting firm to conduct a tenant survey to find out how ‘satisfied’ tenants are with their tenancy!!! He didn’t get enough inform a Sean at the Community Town Hall to have at least a decent starting point? Of course he did!!! This isn’t about fixing the problem, it’s about getting out in front of it, hiring a public relations firm to improve public image. Hiring this consultation firm costs typically between $15k-$25k, MORE than what it would cost MHI To repair the heating and cooling system they said they are waiting on approval for financing for (Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz has been making this excuse for as long as she’s been bullying tenants and violating their rights under the RTA).
So We sent an email to Linda the Shill Sumbo as King about this survey and if their ‘doctor of social welfare and finance’ believed spending $15-25k on a PR campaign is more ‘responsible’ use of donated money than fixing the problems tenants are complaining about? Like I said, People, professional, sociopathic narcissists is they are, rigth Linda the Shill Sumbo? Are You here to make the lives of tenants better, or to provide a professional propaganda campaign to gaslight the rights of tenants?

She responds to tell Me that she’s forwarded My concerns to her ‘supervisor’ but does not include Me on the forward (which would be the courteous, professional, transparent thing to do), Wishes for Me to ‘Trust’ that it was forwarded to her anonymous supervisor (second instance Showing a lack of professional courtesy, same dismissive tactics employed by landlord, then silence).

And when Linda the Shill Sumbo continues to obstruct My access to justice and accountability, I place her on Notice and advise her that until I get a name for her supervisor, she Will be liable to Me in her personal, private capacity. One is not Acting as an impartial ‘third party’ when they are being paid by one of the parties, that is economic bias to produce a favourable result so they Will hire this professional propaganda corporation again, helping Canada’s corporations launder Canada’s natural resources into the pockets of for profit capitalist ventures. Constructive piracy of a nation’s wealth, laundering money through not for profits into bogus independent ‘accounting’ firms that always produce the result they are paid to produce.
That MAU unit Will now have to wait another three years I guess because they just blew their entire three year maintenance budget on a Public Relations firm because Al’a Shithead Shadid isn’t the brightest bulb on the proverbial Christmas tree and couldn’t tell that tenants were unhappy based on the complaints and requests for maintenance they made completely free of charge at the Community Town Hall?
No, this is a ‘Public Relations’ FIRM that has been hired pro-actively to try and get out in front of the Community Town Hall scandal because they can’t have the general public knowing they Love exploiting vulnerable minorities, that’s the entire reason this grift is so Good!!! Most of these People are not able to know and advocate for their rights because they are simply dealing with too much abuse and exploit a Sean at every turn, and no liars posing as lawyers for the tenants subject to not for profit landlords, no ‘legal aid’ Certificates are awarded to persons for Matters before either the SBT or the LBT. So the most marginalized minorities are the easiest to exploit, and Hebb Knight and Associates have found the optimal Way to exploit these individuals. Tell them that You are taking an impartial survey and that the landlord Will be held accountable, then do nothing to Give the Illusion of accountability and stave off a few more complaints to the LTB, maybe even successfully break up and talk of a Tenancy Association because a group of 400 tenants coming before the LTB with the same complaints would be absolutely devastating – can’t have empowered tenants!!!
Right Hebb, Knight and Associates? Such a Good company, they don’t even have a website to smear!!!

It appears instead as though Carleton University is complicit in not only exploiting marginalized minorities, but teaching People like Linda the Shill Sumbo how to most effectively exploit these minorities. They like to use minorities (like black People, or indigenous People or whatever) to empower them as ‘counter-racism’ (Give Linda the Shill Sumbo an award for her work (ask HER what the fuck it was actually for, all I know is that One must be black to achieve it), then Give this exploited minority a Degree and tell her that now that she’s empowered an advocating for black People’s rights, she can now most effectively exploit other marginalized minorities because they know psychologically that abused minorities are likely to continue the perpetuity of abuse by abusing other minorities in stead. Just like Linada the Shill Sumbo is choosing to do as a member of Hebb, Knight and Associates.
So We placed her on Notice because Hebb, Knights and Associates now know for a fact by Way of their own survey that MHI are exploiting tenants by laundering their subsidies through Kelly the Colluding Kritsch at Home for Good, coordinating with Ontario Works to find out how much People are paying from their basic needs in additional housing costs (like utilities, phone and rental insurance), then claim those subsidies for the landlord while the tenants are deprived of their grocery money with the additional expenses incurred when acquiring housing – exactly the problem the Home for Good subsidies were to prevent!!! Tenants in low income often Give up their housing because the additional costs mean they can no longer eat. Kelly the Colluding Kritsch, Jason the Criminal Cooke, Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay are all conspiring against Beneficiaries to reduce their Benefits as much as possible while syphoning as much as they can into the Hands of the not for profit slumlord, MHI (and why I call them Multi-Hustle Initiative).
