I am war King on a few Posts that Will be forthcoming as soon as I can get them completed. I’m war King on a Post tall King about how I spend My time when I’m not war King on a Post or drafting a Notice. I have mentioned before that it was never really the Intent-Sean to expose so much corrupt-Sean in Canada or Ottawa, it just kind of happened. I have always considered My Self something of an investigative ‘rogue’ journalist because although it was legitimately one of My first ‘career’ consider a Sean’s in early high school, I already knew at fifteen or sixteen years old that I would potentially be able to Write great articles but I’d never have the freedom to publish the kind of content I Wish to publish unless I Create My own. That was still long enough ago that People actually made fun of Me (Friends teasing, nothing serious) for taking a computer and typing class. There were maybe ten People who signed up for the course and We were learning basic computing language in DOS. The teacher told Us that within ten years every One would have one in their home. I actually learned enough to program a bunch of really simple games like table tenis (just two lines that move back and forth to bounce a blinking cursor back and forth), a version of ‘space invaders’, a version of ‘breakout’… You get the Idea. I loved it just because I was Creating them and it’s pretty cool to play Your own game!
Anyway, point is, I expected a certain amount of ‘gaslighting’ but I didn’t really expect to find intentional corrupt-Sean – and certainly not at the level and Degree of impunity We’ve witnessed so far! I figured especially once State Actors real eyes I’m Posting everything for the world to see, they would perform better before their Jury of Peers. Apparently not, and Writing about it takes up the majority of My time now, as does defending against these continuous attacks against Me for the content I am producing now. I may make light of the ‘Takedown Notice‘ here, but copyright violate-Sean is very serious and does affect the credibility of My site if not disputed, so it is a very real and serious Issue.
My entire Common Law strategy has essentially become the driving force behind My growing global influence as an independent, ‘fringe’ (rogue), journalist as much as it has also become a Way of Life for Me. Previously, an event of interest would take place in My Microcosm and I would share that with the readers of My Macrocosm. Now, so many events have taken place and so many State Actors have been introduced that My entire [legal and Lawful] process of service has changed. I legitimately care less about whether or not a Claim or Notice is filed with a Court in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure because everything I do here is in compliance with the Rules of Civil Procedure already!
I have legitimately read the entire Rules of Civil Procedure from beginning to end (and it is a long, dry read, believe Me) once – but I read it thoroughly. What does that mean? It means I looked up Words I didn’t know and I would read a rule over and over until I completely comprehend the proper meaning of the rule. As much as it was dry, it was also very interesting for Me because I discovered that the Rules were not the beauraucratic red tape designed to complicate and confuse People (and more specifically what they call ‘Self Represented Litigants’) to maintain a monopoly on the legal profession and the Law Society of Ontario as I had thought they were (although they are used that Way sometimes), but are in fact protecting virtually every Common Law principle that liars posing as lawyers are famous for violating! They absolutely rely on People like Me having no clue what the Rules have to say and why they ‘pretend’ Nihil Dicit means nothing if it isn’t awarded against them by an official Court. It’s also technically True – My gaslighting adversaries in Law are not going to Honour a Default Judgment under Nihil Dicit because it doesn’t have a fancy Court Seal on it and that’s the only thing these liars posing as lawyers Will listen to. But if One can Show the Court that due process was had in the Common Law (Show service of documents in compliance with the Rules of Civil Procedure) and that they were advised that no further Notice would be Given and that I Will be as King for Default Judgment from the Court Showing My due process of service… A Court has no reason to argue, that is not what they are there for. Objects in Motion tend to stay in Motion [when unopposed].
