Hello every One and welcome to the official Court of Record for SBT Claim 2512-08602 which was filed with the Social Benefits Tribunal after I received the 2024-2025 ‘Housing Entitlement Form’. This form is supposed to be sent out every year to the Beneficiary so that the Beneficiary can ‘advise Ontario Works of the Housing Benefits the recipient is Entitled to receive from Home for Good.’ (bottom of form provides instructions to provide OW with a copy of this form).

Only problem is, this is the first time I have ever received this form in the six years I’ve been receiving the subsidy! Why? They couldn’t send this form to Me any of the previous years because I would have learned they were stealing My subsidy!!! This is the same form that they allegedly produce AFTER receiving the ‘renewal package’ they fail to send to Me every year. Home for Good refused to send the form to Me, then attempts to fault Me for not returning the form they didn’t send to Me and ‘pretend’ like they don’t know I’m still ‘Entitled’ to receive the subsidy, threatening to cut Me off.
Now, that might even sound reasonable if it were just cumbersome, administrative red tape, documents getting lost in the mail or whatever. But the Entitlement Forms reveal much more because subsidy was unlawfully revoked without Notice to Me in 2021 – that was the ’cause of Action’ for 21-86803 (Superior Court) with the City of Ottawa. But what do the ‘Entitlement Forms’ reveal?

If You didn’t read them, You Will find that Entitlement Forms were completed in full and subsidies have been approved every single year without a glitch!? There is no indication whatsoever that the Beneficiary was EVER late returning a renewal form and it very clearly shows that Home for Good was receiving a Benefit for utilities from 2021 onward while I was continuing to pay those costs from basic needs! That is fraud with intent to launder money by definition! I did not receive the Entitlements from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 – that’s five years worth of utility costs paid by Me while the slumlord, MHI was putting that money in their own pocket! The ONLY money that has been repaid, is exactly the money the account ledger showed was stolen from Me in the evidence presented by Michael the Tyrannical Thiele in the LTB Claim.
Now, I Wish for every One to look at that (fraudulent/redacted) account ledger. This might be the most critical and important document I managed to get My Hands on and only because the slumlord’s liar posing as lawyer, Michael the Tyrannical Thiele is as terrible a thief as he is a liar!
Incriminating Evidence Contained in Ledger:
- In November of 2021, I moved to MHI’s ‘new’ housing complex at 320 Via Chianti Grove. The rent increased from $950.00 to $1040.00. $969.95 would have been the maximum the landlord would have been able to increase My rent that year, so the $1040.00 is substantially greater than the 2.1% maximum allowed by the Residential Tenancies Act. This was an opportunity for the slumlord MHI to launder more money.
- Dec. 2021 – June 2022 – Although the landlord agrees to pay any additional costs not covered by the City of Ottawa subsidy (and the lease agreement reflects this as well), the account ledger indicates that they failed to do so. The amount in brackets is the one month security deposit, which shows it decreasing by $90/month, (exactly the amount of the rent increase) until the deposit is completely depleted.
- June 2022 – They stop the subsidy payments altogether. Ontario Works payments continue normally, Home for Good payments stop completely and without Notice to Me.
- June 2022 – Sept. 2023 – A debt begins to accumulate on the account, amounting to $10,212.00 in unpaid rent!!!
- After fifteen months, Lori Simpson, previous property manager for MHI, asks if I Will agree to meet with her to gain access to the public Trust account Created for Sean von Dehn’s Benefit to take care of the outstanding rent! Lori is not threatening to evict Me, she is as King of Me to meet with her to Sign the paperwork to get her paid! I agree and We meet at the Ontario Works office at 370 Catherine Street on Record with Nana the Nazi Asante.
- As soon as they gain access to the public Trust account, they claim additional utility benefits the Beneficiary/tenant is Entitled to and Give them to the slumlord, MHI instead (You Will Notice they take the full rent owed, the full one month damage deposit AND begin taking an extra $60/month equal to what I had just disclosed to be paying in utilities from the basic needs portion of Ontario Works).
- Beginning in 2021, Ontario Works tells Me that utility costs are not covered and must be paid by basic needs for over six years while they were simultaneously providing these amounts to Home for Good for their Entitlement forms which appear to have been approved every single year despite the landlord claiming the subsidy had been revoked!
- Best case scenario? I honestly don’t know, that is how incriminating these documents are!
The Contructive Fraud:
- The Entitlement Forms are the subsidy provided by Home for Good. Technically, they have nothing to do with Ontario Works except that Ontario Works recipients are automatically Entitled to receive the subsidy. That’s also why the $390.00 is never changing and why Home for Good requests consent to verify income with Ontario Works.
- The Entitlement Forms appear to have been filed like clockwork approving the new subsidy every year without interrupt-Sean. The ledger tells a completely different story.
- When the lump sum payment is made on the ledger, immediately afterward the slumlord, MHI begins taking an extra $60/month for utilities they are not paying and the deposit amount begins to accumulate again until they revoke the subsidy a second time without Notice to Me in June of 2024.
- In September of 2024, the slumlord liar posing as lawyer, Michael the Tyrannical Thiele serves Me with an N4 to evict for non payment of rent (also the first time I’m learning about this new violate-Sean).
- Later in the same LTB hearing, Michael the Tyrannical Thiele provides the first piece of the puzzle by entering the above ledger as ‘evidence‘ to have Me evicted.
- Caroline the Fascist Forget adds the exact same page from Michael Thiele’s LTB N4 Application to have Me evicted as ‘evidence‘ of ‘overpayments’ made by Ontario Works?
- The ledger does not show a single overpayment by Ontario Works. It does Show additional funds paid by Home for Good to the slumlord MHI, which happens to be exactly equal to the amount the Beneficiary is paying from basic needs for his Ottawa Hydro utility expenses! What a coincidence!
- Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke confirms that the utility amount was determined by contacting My case worker at Ontario Works to find out how much I was paying from basic needs.
- Ontario Works continues to insist that utilities are not covered by the subsidy while they help Home for Good funnel those Benefits into My landlord’s pocket.

Okay, so We are still waiting for Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby to make her Decision and determine whether or not she Will compel the Ontario Works administrator to acknowledge that the Trustee Act of Ontario is binding upon the public servants Trusted to administer public funds for Canada’s Beneficiaries and Will also recognize that subject Matter Jurisdiction cannot be waived (even if the Juris is a ‘dick’, Sean).
Further fraud, breach of Trust and obstruction of Justice are the spoliation (loss or destruction) of four documents from My case file which I have Signed proof of service on a commissioner of Oaths for the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services, Orsolya Vancsody. That is four counts of obstruction and four counts of criminal breach of Trust.
Further fraud, breach of Trust and obstruction of Justice are Caroline the Fascist Forget’s submissions to the SBT which were entirely redacted so that We can’t know who it was from Home for Good that contacted Ontario Works to let them know they had Given Entitlement’s the Beneficiary was Entitled to his slumlord instead. Ontario Works repaid the money by placing it on My card without ever explaining where the money had come from, then dismissed it as ‘overpayments’ by Ontario Works when I asked if it was the landlord repaying what I caught them stealing in the LTB Claim, which proved to be exactly what it was. This Shows they have been colluding together to exploit Me for some time.
We are reporting this Matter to the Ontario Provincial Police on Monday morning, June 29th and this evidence Will be Presented advising We anticipate that Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby intends to collude with the criminal administrator again.
More Evidence of Ontario Works Criminal Intent and Obstruct-Sean:
I just happened to Notice that this Post is receiving unusual attention today, and this takes Us back to the very first serious breach of Trust and criminal Act perpetrated by Ontario Works to obstruct or pervert the course of Justice.
