Four Beneficiaries Found a Sean: Judicial Notice of Trustee Ship

Hello every One and welcome to the Sensei-Sean all Saturday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence.

Today We are Giving Judicial Notice to the world of Four Beneficiaries that God has Trusted to My care in Order of Appointment:

1. Sean Stephen von Dehn
2. Colleen Lynch
3. Private
4. Ingrid Joseph Windsor

The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean – and so did Four of God’s Benficiaries. Most of You Will know My Story and how Sean Stephen von Dehn came to be a Beneficiary of the Trust, but what about the rest?

Well, Colleen Lynch became a Beneficiary by Way of a Breach of Privacy and Trust by the Ontario Works administrator who sent Me Colleen’s ‘Request for Internal Review’ of a Decision to revoke her Benefits that had been ‘denied’. Rather than apologize to Colleen and advise her of the breach, Ontario Works instead threatened to have Me arrested for violating the MFIPPA if I did not agree to spoliate (destroy and permanently delete) the evidence of their Breach of Colleen Lynch’s Trust! For those who don’t know, spoliation of government documents with intent to pervert and obstruct the course of justice (destroy evidence) is a serious, criminal offense and Act of obstruct-Sean. But for Ontario Works, document spoliation and engaging in fraud to preserve criminal Acts is standard practice. Colleen Lynch has not been Notified (by OW) of the breach to this day, and received no remedy for the wrongdoings done to her.

Private placed a standard maintenance request with the landlord on March 3rd of 2023. When the landlord had still not fixed the standard maintenance issue by March 21st, Private took the slumlord MHI to the Landlord Tenant Board. The LTB has been ingoring all the evidence Private has presented to the Tribunal which clearly demonstrates the slumlord’s contempt for the RTA, basic municipal property standards and the tenant requiring the repairs. It is a continuous chain of emails by Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz that antagonize and aggravate rather than answer any direct Quest-Ions. The LTB has had four ‘hearings’ for the Matter so far, the tenant has not had a chance to Present any evidence at any of the hearings, the continue to allow the criminal liar posing as lawyer, Michael the Tyrannical Thiele to bring ‘preliminary’ Motions that overtake the hearing and prevent the tenant from presenting her case. In short, professional gaslighting and obstruction. A ‘routine’ maintenance issue has been before the LTB for three years and four months when the RTA says routine maintenance should be completed within two weeks to be ‘reasonable’. Not for a complicit LTB involved in the City of Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’, apparently!!!

And finally, We have Ingrid Windsor Joseph, the Lyrical Assassin.

Appointed by the Court/Tribunal:

Ingrid became a Beneficiary by a direct Act of Divine Inter-Vent-Sean (You all know how I Love to Vent from time to time) from within the corrupt system itself!

When Ingrid filed a formal demand for disclosure with the Social Benefits Tribunal, a Guardian Angel within the SBT, was horrified by the conspiracy she was uncovering, and God spoke from the Angel’s Heart (He-Art), and chose to performed an Act of rebellion against Satan and his minions! The Guardian Angel assembled a dossier of evidence against the Tribunal itself—including information on the City’s kickback scheme (a CBC Article about the arrest of an OW worker and landlord arrested for exploiting Beneficiaries) and My own Notices of Civil and Criminal Liability against adjudicator Madeliene Mbuyi—and sent it only to Ingrid!!!

Think about that for a moment.

In that moment, the Tribunal did not just reply to an email; it formally appointed Me as her Trustee on the SBT Record it Self!!! The miriad of immediate consequential effects this Act has are Truly astounding.

I became a Beneficiary of the Trust out of necessity and survival which compelled Me to learn how to Act in My Sui Juris capacity. Colleen Lynch became a Beneficiary of the Trust because Ontario Works breached her Trust and placed her Sacred documents and appeal to their lawlessness in My Hands in error!!! That was the very last thing Tatiana Lindstrom of Ontario Works Wished to do because it places Me in a position of Trust by Way of ‘demonstrable causality’ that is legally recognized because I have a ‘Duty of Care’ to ensure I Act Honourably and in Good Faith with the inform a Sean I have received in error. NOT a coincidence that it was a request for an internal review for unlawfully revoking her Benefits that was denied!!! God is Showing Me that this is a pattern of systemic abuse of vulnerable minorities by Trusted State Actors.

My Friend in the community appealed to Me because We share a common landlord and Wished for assistance filing with the Social Benefits Tribunal. Both the SBT and the LTB are continually trying to ‘gaslight’ My role as Trustee for the Beneficiary and deny My Friend the counsel she is Entitled to, once again Creating a situate-Sean of demonstrable causality because I have a Duty and obligate-Sean under God to help any One I know in any Way I can. I cannot leave My Friend defenseless before the LTB, to Act in Good Faith, I must advocate for her right to counsel and to have her arguments heard. But the Tribunals have been resisting Me every step of the Way so far. Until Our Lyrical Assassin, Ingrid Windsor Joseph steps on the Scene.

It was three thirty or so in the afternoon when I Noticed an email in My inbox from an unidentified email address Titled, ‘Re: SBT NOP 2512-09500‘.

As You might I Mage in (Imagine), I have any emails that contain ‘SBT’ flagged as important, so I was receiving an ‘important’ Notification and initially thought it was an email from the SBT (We are still waiting for Elizabeth Kirby to make her Decision so that We can find out if she is also complicit in the ‘Kickback Scheme’) but it was not. I was one of several emails that the SBT’s disclosure package to Ingrid Windsor Joseph had been forwarded, including the Law Society of Ontario and Keegan Prempeh.

Court Appointed Beneficiary

Ingrid Windsor Joseph is the first Beneficiary appointed by the Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice. Here is the document of Appointment by the Social Benefits Tribunal:

It is important for every One to understand what We are looking at. The above email is as it was received by Me. It is a forward of the SBT Registrar’s reply to Ingrid Windsor Joseph’s request to have a Decision for Postponement overturned, and complaining of criminal ‘Obstruction’ by the Administrator, Mbuyi. The body of the email is a copy of the text from the first attachment, ‘Obstruction of Justice’ which was served on the SBT in reply to the last attachment in the above email, which is ‘NOP’, or the ‘Notice of Postponement’ that Ingrid Windsor Joseph complains is administrative gaslighting and properly (in Fact) obstruction of Justice. The second is a pdf printout of the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme reported by the CBC exposing the involvement and arrest of two Ontario Works caseworkers and City of Ottawa employees enjoying ‘unjust enrichment’. The third and fourth attachments are Notices of Civil and Criminal Liability I served upon Mbuyi in My previous Hearing with the SBT and a link to My Blog where I report on the SBT being complicit in the Kickback Scheme! I Wish to explain to every One that what We are looking at does not happen by mistake. The anonymity of the agent of the SBT Registrar’s email is also not professional service standards for a legal Matter. Even Registrar’s send documents with first and last name, the anonymity is intent-Sean-all (as always). Usually, it is to avert accountability for Acting in dis-Honour, in this particular case, it is anonymity to protect My informant. Some One higher up at the SBT is already aware that Ontario Works is engaged in theft of public money, this email is letting Me know that not only are My Notices and documents being received and respected, they are part of the formal investigate-Sean into the Kickback Scheme.

It is not ‘reasonable or correct’ for any One sending that email to Ingrid Windsor Joseph to not expect her to forward it to Me. Before Friday of last week, July 3rd, Ingrid Windsor Joseph had no Idea who I was, now she is a Beneficiary of The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean’s Trust, and she was placed in the Trust’s care by the Social Benefits Tribunal ‘spy’. The Good News is, We have some One on the inside!!!

This not only means that We have an insider, it means that the Social Benefits Tribunal also recognizes that I am Acting as the Trustee and Executor for The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean, and that is now on the SBT Record, so it is impossible for Elizabeth Kirby to make the wrong decision without it being a criminal breach of Trust that violates the SBT’s own impartial ‘Record’ of Trusteeship.

Also worth Noting that if One cannot tell by reading Ingrid Windsor Joseph’s emails that she is more than capable in her own Sui Juris (Sovereign) capacity if she were not being gaslit by liars posing as lawyers and administrative fraud and obstruction. My point is, Ingrid did not forward this email to the Law Society of Ontario and the Ottawa Police Service arbitrarily, she was also letting them know that the SBT has now placed her in My Trust and this Trust relationship was assigned by the Court, so it is One they cannot legally or lawfully ignore. Though I’m sure they Will try…
