I should have time for another Post later today because this Post is usually Writ in the wee hours of the night before (like between one and two in the morning) and Son Day is also My scheduled day off from training which I have now successfully maintained for thirty-seven consecutive days yesterday!
Trust Me, I know it’s not very impressive but it’s a Good start and I can honestly tell You I am as motivated as I’ve ever been to maintain the Good habit. Generally, I work out on and off periodically, forget for a day or two and never get back to it. But I really like having developed the habit because it spawns other Good habits, too – I can’t help but be conscious of how much I’m eating, I have to plan when I Will Write and eat because the only rule for ‘when’ I have to work out is before midnight. The next major goal to developing the habit is sixty days, so I’ll share My progress when I get there.
And, ‘no coincidences’, something I Will be tall King about later in the day today is Carleton University’s last Act of retaliate-Sean for bringing a Claim against them as I have received a Notice of intent to evict by Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz for non payment of rent! Yes, it is as unbelievable as it sounds because the renewal was approved and confirmed on Record with the Social Benefits Tribunal bearing witness with a disclaimer provided indicating that the SBT is being copied on the renewal form because they have a tendancy to revoke the subsidy fraudulently claiming the individual did not return the forms. My lease also states that any amount not paid by the City of Ottawa Will be paid by the landlord, MHI.
