For years We have documented the City of Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’—a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud conspiracy to steal from Ottawa’s most vulnerable. We have filed police reports. We have submitted evidence to the Tribunals. We have demanded Justice.

I have been threatened and intimidated by the Chief of Police, Habab the Sadistic Sayah for reporting on the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme. I have been unlawfully arrested by their corrupt policy officers abdicating their Oath in violate-Sean of My inherent rights and Trust obligate-Sean’s attempting to Honour My Oath on Record with Canada’s Superior Court and Minister of Justice. But recently, a NEW Beneficiary was Trusted to My care by the Social Benefits Tribunal it Self which has a legal and lawful obligation to revoke the public Trustee and appoint a new Trustee when they find State Actors and adjudicators are not Acting in Good Faith. And that is precisely what they did, Trusting that I Will protect her Interests.

Therefore, a Lawful Order was Issued to provide remedy to the Beneficiary to put an immediate stop to the aggravated harm being done to her by Way of the City of Ottawa’s continuos obstruction using administrative processes as an excuse for allowing irrevocable, aggravated, preventable harm to become a Beneficiary. If You were parents, child protect-Sean services would have come and rescued Ingrid from her incompetent guardians for failing to provide keep her safe and secure. The fact that the ‘parents’ in this particular case are responsible for Ingrid’s current predicament, only further amplifies the obligation for the Administrator for the City of Ottawa to Act in Good Faith now if only to defer additional aggravated liability from Wendy the Sinister Stephanson, as We know she is ultimately liable for her police forces Acting as muscle to protect a sophisticated racketeering operation that has compromised Ontario’s Tribunals and Courts, the Ontario Works office, Home for Good and Ottawa Hydro, all working in concert together to exploit Canada’s most marginalized minoritites. We know for sure that Cathy the Colluding Curry is involved because We have her on Record advising Ottawa Hydro not to release a credit balance on the Beneficiary’s account. And what has been the response? Gaslighting. Stonewalling. And the continued, aggravated harm of the very People they are Sworn to Protect.

Resolution ORDER

This morning, the Ottawa Police Service was formally served with the evidence of Sandi Gagnon’s professional gaslighting and constructive obstruction. But more than that, they were served with a command.

I have informed them, in no uncertain terms, that they are no longer just investigators. They are the enforcers of a Lawful Order issued by the Trustee of the Public Trust.

The Choice is Now Theirs.

I have made the situation for the OPS painfully simple. There is no more room for “investigations” or “internal reviews.” There is only a binary choice:

1. Enforce the Order. Compel the City of Ottawa, the SBT, and all complicit State Actors to provide the emergency remedy to My Beneficiary, Ingrid Windsor Joseph. Do your duty. Uphold the Law.
2. Become Complicit. Allow the harm to continue when a remedy is available. By doing so, you are no longer neutral. You are guilty of aggravated criminal breach of Trust and criminal contempt of a Lawful Order. You become just another branch of the racket you are supposed to be investigating.

The evidence is irrefutable. Sandi Gagnon admits Ingrid’s information is on file but then constructs a bureaucratic maze to deny her services. This is not incompetence; it is a deliberate Act of harm. It is the ‘Kickback Scheme’ in Action, preying on a woman who was illegally and unlawfully evicted by a City of Ottawa slumlord, Taffy the Narcissistic Nahas and made homeless by the very same Man and corporation responsible for stealing her subsidy (Taffy the Narcissitic Nahas is also a City solicitor/liar posing as lawyer).

The Public Record is Now Set.

This Post, and the emails contained within, are now a matter of public record. They have been sent to the OPS, the SBT, the Superior Court, and over 150 countries around the world who read the Good News Journal.

The OPS can no longer claim they didn’t know. The SBT can no longer claim they are not liable. The City of Ottawa can no longer hide behind its corporate veil, the responsible parties have been named and if they do not Act in Good Faith NOW, then Wendy the Sinister Stephanson can be liable for the criminal cabal that has set up shop in her city and corrupted Canada’s Courts and Judicial Authorities. Ingrid Windsor Joseph’s Claim Will also be aggraved by ten, constituting $50 million in civil damages that Wendy the Sinister Stephanson Will be criminally liable. I Will also be ask King of the criminal charges against Wendy the Sinister Stephanson and the time she spends in jail to be equal to a minimum of one year for every marginalized minority victimized by her racketeering operation known as the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme.

This is a multi-million dollar, sophisticated racketeering operation including the provincial and Superior Courthouses in Ottawa and every Tribunal. They are literally using the Courts and Tribunals to launder Dirty Deeds of corrupt State Actors, and Wendy the Sinister Stephanson is protecting her criminal cabal rather than providing remedy to those harmed by the City’s criminal operations.

The clock is ticking.

That would also increase the total amount owed to the Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean Beneficiaries by the City of Ottawa’s Wendy the Sinister Stephanson to a whopping $187 million!!! Plus an ounce of Gold per day from June 21 onward!!!

I have given the police their orders. The world is watching to see if they will serve and protect the people, or serve and protect the criminal syndicate that runs their city and Wendy the Sinister Stephanson.

If this WERE an automated reply to an online report filed through the online reporting system, the confirmation email would include the file number – this one does not!!! This is an officer making an executive decision to protect their criminal co-conspirators, log into the online reporting system and trigger an email reply to the filing.scanning@ottawapolice.ca email thread, hoping to Give the illusion of an ‘automated’ reply. If that were how the system worked, I would have received one of these in response to EVERY email sent referencing the same file number, NOT exclusively the last Order as King of the police to ensure the lower Court enforces the Order or arrest Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby for her constructive obstruction of Justice and using the SBT Tribunal as a cloak for fraud and theft of public money intended for marginalized minorities.
