I’ve been very busy following up on Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby’s contempt because her complicity with Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay, Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald (who has since been promoted to supervisor as a reward for his participate-Sean in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme), Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz who is really just the Hand of the Satan’s spawn, Sahada the Satanic Alolo (who uses her position on some community policing council to weaponize the police against the marginalized minorities who dare to complain about their slumlord mafia management).

If I went off on a bit of a rant there it’s because the Appeal to the SBT is to prevent all the above organize a Sean’s from unlawfully revoking housing allowance subsidies for the sixth year in a row! They have such little respect for the Tribunals or their Orders (the City of Ottawa’s Kreling Criminal Cabal), that they perpetrate exactly the same fraud this year, gaslighting and unlawfully revoking Benefits on the SBT Record, making it the sixth consecutive year in a row!!!
It is so preposterous I could not make this up if I were Writing a political crime thriller and as King of People to suspend disbelief. No One Will believe that Story could be True – and yet it is happening right before Our very eyes!!!

People, My Friends… Even if I did NOT go by ‘King Sean, House von Dehn’, this degree of criminal contempt for a Tribunal’s Orders would never continue to take place before any legitimate Tribunal!
Tribunals of Ontario, which are governed by the Provincial Minister of Justice and Attorney General (Doug the Delinquent Downey) are a branch of the Minster of Justice and Attorney General for Canada. They are all under the same proverbial umbrella, and similar to the United States, the provinces can make their own legislation without federal interference but that legislation must comply with Canada’s Charter. This is why all the Courts are operating ‘concurrently and congruently’, and this applies to Tribunal’s as well!
Doug the Delinquent Downey can access the Registry and look at what is before the SBT or any other Tribunal in the province any time he Wishes, he does not need to ‘request’ disclosure, it is the official public Record!!!
If any ‘Judicial authority’ of any of the Courts or Tribunals chooses to turn a blind eye to aggravated harm being done to a Beneficiary by the abuse and economic exploit a Sean of a Trustee, they are NOT a legitimate ‘judicial authority’, they are criminals pleading ‘Willful Blindness’ to criminal breach of Trust and theft of public money. They lose all right to any immunities provided by their Trusted position if they were found to be Acting in Good Faith. Under the Ontario Works Act, Statutory Powers and Procedures Act, or any other Act of provincial legislation, if One is Acting in bad Faith (Willful Blindness to Harm), they are considered complicit without any insurable protections.
Insurance policies do not cover criminal wrongdoings and Willful breach of Trust, individuals are liable in their personal, private capacity. Under no circumstance does the Rule of Law allow for One to do harm to another by Way of legislation – PERIOD.
Doug the Delinquent Downey – The Right Tool for the Job
So the SBT is Acting in a Way that is so far removed from the Principles of Justice in a free and democratic society (or more specifically a Constitutional Democratic Monarchy), that One must request for intervent-Sean from a Higher Court so that the aggravated harm being done to the Beneficiary can be put to an immediate stop (a-rest the criminals).
The correct ‘Tool’ and Court of Jurisdiction for the job at Hand in Canada, is the Superior Court of Justice. Because I am a Trustee and Executor of a Trust on file with MOJAG (Minister of Justice and Attorney General), the Trustee Act of Ontario allows for Me to request direct-Sean and Instruct-Sean from any Superior Court of Justice without the requirement for a formal application. This means I can email or call the Court for direct-Sean or Instruct-Sean, and I emailed the Court to maintain a Record of My correspondences on the Official email Registry (and so that I can Show My due process to the Divisional Court if necessary).
Now, if Doug the Delinquent Downey were not complicit in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme and using the Tribunals to launder the dirty Deeds of complicit State Actors, an email to any Superior Court Will be sufficient to get the job done. The Court Will typically respond, be as King to see a copy of the Order I am requesting to have enforced by the Superior Court and it Will be Done!!! There Will not even be a Quest-Ion about it! If there is a Standing Order that is clearly being violated, the Superior Court Will compel performance of whatever party the Order was Issued against. And probably arrest Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby for not reporting the theft of subsidies when it was received as evidence by the Tribunal.
The correct ‘Tool’ or Action One Wishes to take a Trustee, is to demand that the Higher Court (Superior Court) interfere with the lower Court (Social Benefits Tribunal) to compel compliance with the Orders Issued (cease and desist their obstruct-Sean, provided the receipt and pay back what they stole), is Called a Mandamus!

Guelph and Ottawa Superior Court Clerks Actively Obstruct Justice
First, We have a criminal clown refuse to accept Our Motion filing and Our Mandamus for an Urgent Order.

That should be outrageous enough a breach of public Trust and deviate-Sean from the course of Justice that a Divisional Court Application is already warranted by the above visit alone!!! This is so serious, that to think I could have this converse a Sean with the clerk in a public court lobby full of People is legitimately Mind-numbing! The arrogance, contempt for the Rule of Law and impunity demonstrated by the clerk are enough to know that this is not a ‘one off’ situate-Sean – this is an ongoing racket and something the criminal clerks have a contingency plan for; provide another fake email address and claim One was ‘filing to the wrong email’ (like I didn’t obtain it from the Minister of Justice website).
Sadly, that was what I had actually anticipated would happen because this is actually the third time I have been obstructed in person because I did try this when I was at Court dealing with the fraudulent criminal charges once, too. This time I went prepared to Record the entire thing to Justify applying to another Superior Court to report that the Ottawa Courthouse has been hijacked by treasonous clerks obstructing Justice against any treasonous State Actors.

If the Ottawa Superior Court obstructing access to Justice with impunity is not shocking enough for You, here’s how We can definitively prove that this is a coordinated, provincial racketeering operate-Sean that the provincial Attorney General is protecting.
Our Final Notice is also blind carbon copied to the Minster of Justice and Attorney General for the province, Doug the Delinquent Downey. We did Give him the Benefit of the doubt in the beginning and thought maybe the Ottawa Courthouse was just very proactive and anticipated I Will appeal to another Court and presumed it Will be Guelph because I have family there? Pretty random chance but like I said, trying to Give Benefit of the doubt to Delinquent Downey as much as I can. But this final Notice advising that My filings are now being obstructed by TWO Superior Courts of Justice is beginning to look like a provincial money laundering operate-Sean where Delinquent Downey is using the Courts to wash the Dirty Deeds of corrupt State Actors. He has been bearing ‘silent witness’ (Willful Blindness) to the obstruct-Sean ever since.
Escalate Sean to the Divisional Court
Now I have an airtight Application to the Divisional Court because the Divisional Court specifically hears Matters concerning gross deviate-Sean from typical Judicial processes. They Rule on the ‘reasonable and or correctness’ of a decision, and ‘deciding’ to ghost a Mandamus for an Urgent Order that Will put an immediate stop to harm being done to a Beneficiary is a no brainer for any Divisional Court.
I gave the Guelph Superior Court a full week to respond to a Mandamus and they ghosted Me, time to appeal to the Divisional Court to report the criminal clerks of the Guelph Superior Court of Justice.

So I made My Application to the Divisional Court for Judicial Review through the Digital Online Portal on Sunday night. I received the above confirm a Sean for My filing from the Portal, and they have until 5:00 today to confirm it has been accepted (at the latest) if they Wish to Act in compliance with the Rules (and the Promise provided with My receipt).
It is not reasonable or correct to presume that Doug the Delinquent Downey does not have a Hand in this obstruct-Sean, and if he were to plead ignorance, he is also demonstrating incompetence indistinguishable from malice and Will be fired and prosecuted for High Treason.
We may still have to escalate again, but only time Will tell. I Will be sure to Keep You Posted.
