We finally gave up looking for a Court of competent Jurisdiction in the province of Ontario because We believe that Doug the Delinquent Downey, Attorney General for the province has orchestrated his Courts this Way to deliberately shield him Self and other corrupt State Actors from ever coming before a court of competent Jurisdiction. There are a miriad of reasons why Doug the Delinquent Downey Will have motive a Sean to do this, but that is a Story I Will save for another day, though it does relate to the ‘Ultra Vires’ bioweapon mandates.

The Word competence is Key because every Court clerk engages in conduct that would never be admissible in a Court of competent Jurisdiction. Criminal clowns posing as clerks are hoping to plead ignorance (ignorance is no excuse for the Law) rather than Willful malice. However, when the official refused to provide their name upon request, that is an Act of deliberate obstruct-Sean.

So this is really becoming an investigat-Sean into Canada’s federal Courts because One should be able to request the federal (competent) Jurisdiction just the same as One can choose to shop at a more expensive grocery store if the Wish for better quality. It’s like Loblaws telling Me I’m not allowed to shop there even though I’m paying their exploitive prices, I have to deal with the garbage they sell at Food Basics.

If the provincial Courts are slimy and corrupt, One can (or should) be able to request a Court of competent Jurisdiction to get around the incompetence of the province Courts and Doug the Delinquent Downey’s approved ‘fences’ of his money laundering cabal. They use Court clerks that are not required to have any law degree whatsoever as the Trusted recipients of applications to Court of competent jurisdiction. In Canada’s, One ability to reach a Court of competent Jurisidiction is subject to the incompetence of clown clerks attempting to convince Me they represent the Crown and His Majesty. I don’t fucking think so!!!
