Yeah, so today was the day Mafia Housing Initiative manager, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz was attempting an evict-Sean for non payment of rent – except there were a few flaws in her plan.

Produces Zero Evidence to Support her Accuse a Sean’s

Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz has not produced a singe receipt to Show what she has or hasn’t received! She Gives notices demanding money from tenants saying if it isn’t paid by such and such day, We are as King for evict-Sean. Does that sound like a compassionate and caring not for profit organize a Sean?

Obviously rhetorical. I am not the only person she is doing this to, either! In fact, they do it to every One else with absolute impunity because any One Will legitimately get bullied by the Kinder Garden Gestapo if they are ever as King of the landord to Honour the RTA, Ottawa Property Standards, Canada’s Charter, International Law, et cetera. Bullied out of being able to participate or ‘benefit’ from the Gifts they Give to community ‘volunteers’ that they bribe and exploit with first dibs on all donate-Sean’s they receive for the ‘community’. The Kinder Garden Gestapo IS the community and they decide who gets to be a member (and only those who Will comply with their Orders without Quest-Ion One’s dignity and Self respect).

LTB Adventures in Adjudicate-Sean

Challenging Juris-Dick, Sean

I guess the adjudicator felt My Juris (Law) diction (Words. language) was something of a dick, Sean and decided to interrupt the moderator when I attempted to correct him addressing Me as ‘Mr. House von Dehn’.

“Uh, NO! It’s King Sean, House von Dehn, no mister!’.

Now, I have never seen this before in an LTB hearing (though it’s easy enough to do because Zoom automatically switches to whoever is speaking) but the Adjudicator cut in abruptly and took over for the moderator who was really just ‘taking attendance’ of every One Pre-Sent on the Record. I don’t like to focus too much on appearances because they are just a mask We all wear, it says nothing about the Character of the Man underneath, but this is appropriate because it fits the narrative. The woman had features like the evil witch in Snow White stories. She can look sweet and kind and sensitive, but when the dark side takes over she can be Truly terrifying!

Waking the Adjudicator’s Demons

She took over the Scene with the same kind of Walt Disney cinematic Magic, as if asserting My name had just awakened some demon burning in her Heart and she is here to scortch the earth. I Promise I Will have both the transcript and the audio available on Spotify for You all shortly, but for now I Will paraphrase the highlights as I remember them (I have not reviewed the audio My Self yet).

“You are not going to yell and disrespect My moderators like this, who do You think You are!!!’

‘I am going to assert who I am on the official Record and make sure the moderator Records My name correctly.’

‘King Sean? Of what?’

‘Me. This Man sitting right here, Me, I, the I-land of Sean. This is My body of Land and I have exclusive dominion over it and I am here to Mind My House, von Dehn.’

I Will be paraphrasing too much if I try to recall what she said in reply, but I can assure You it was a vicious exchange and We went back and forth for eighteen minutes in total.

It was a fabulous exchange and We went hard!!! She even threatened to fine Me at one point, to which I said something like, ‘please, go right ahead and make her Self at Home, I’m making note that now You’re threatening Me on Record for asserting You get My name right?’. I basically told her she doesn’t even have jurisdiction to hear the Matter and if she’s pleading ignorance of what’s been uploaded to the Record she’s gaslighting. And that’s not a luxury an adjudicator has so I’ll be taking it to the Divisional Court.

Tricks of the Trade and Masters of Decept-Sean

The final ‘trick’ she tried to Play which I only managed to catch because it’s been done to Me before by other ‘bully’ type adjudicators, was (after seeming to somewhat concede to Me before the rest of every One else in attendance),

‘Okay, so how do You Wish for Your name to be expressed on the Record, exactly?’.

‘King Sean, House von Dehn. For the Record, thank You.’

Silence for a moment.

‘So now You’re not talking? Okay, he doesn’t Wish to tell Us, just put him down as ‘tenant’ on the Record, I’m not doing this anymore.’.

‘I said, King Sean, House von Dehn, for the Record!’… And I real eyes she has muted My Mic!!!

John Wick Accuracy and Neo Like Reflexes Save the Day

They are trying to rush onto the next person before I can figure out what happened but I’m quick on the trigger!’

‘Hello, excuse Me!!! Every One, I was not being silent, she muted My mic!!!‘

‘I did not mute Your mic.’

‘You absolutely did and You know it and You are most certainly not putting Me on the Record as tenant! I am on Record as King Sean, House von Dehn, Trustee for the Beneficiary, Sean von Dehn, thank You!’

And that was the end of that eighteen minute exchange.

Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz Waves a Hand to Surrender

The witch disappears again and the moderator continues taking names for the Record and cross referencing them with the day’s docket. He seemed like a very reasonable and professional, impartial Man who did not ever appear to be the least bit concerned that I had asserted My name. I’m confident he would have just corrected it if she hadn’t interfered to draw the whole thing out for another eighteen minutes – like People don’t have anything better to do with their day?

Sarah the Liar Lorenz raises the digital Hand icon in the lobby where every One Signs in. When the case is assigned, the parties go into what they call ‘break out’ rooms. So We are in the lobby waiting to be assigned Our breakout room when three People raise their Hands, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz at the front of the line.

‘Yes, Sarah Lorenz, please unmute Your mic when You are ready’ (paraphrasing).

‘Landlord Gives Notice of discontinuance.’

‘Discontinuance. Okay. King Sean, House von Dehn, unmute Your mic, please.’

‘Yes, hello.’

‘Landlord is discontinuing this Application.’

‘Can We still have Our meeting with the adjudicator? I have a few things I’d like to say on Record, please.’

‘Yes, absolutely. I’ll assign You to the breakout room now.’

Two is a Door, Two More Hands are Raised

This part is a little bit funny for Me because to be honest, I think he may have actually Created a breakout room literally that second and I had no Idea, I sat there waiting like an idiot for I don’t even know how long. Maybe as long as fifteen minutes later I notice there is a very small invitation bubble at the top of the Zoom window inviting Me to the breakout room.

But while I was sitting there like an idiot, I continued to watch the moderator Sign People in and the first thing he did was respond to the next two Hands in the queue and both were only as King if they could join My breakout room as observers. I’m pretty sure one of them was a tenant duty counsel and the other I think was just a random member of the public, so it appears that maybe a couple of People decided to accept My invite a Sean from yesterday?

A Change of Heart and the Return of a Queen

When I did finally wake up and smell the proverbial coffee, the meeting started very shortly after I clicked the link which was very nice and the adjudicator that appeared was a completely different Character, the Queen at her absolute best in the proverbial fantasy narrative, before she’d sold her soul for something more sinister.

I’m not going to even try and paraphrase except to say that she started with ‘Hello, King Sean, House von Dehn’ and even that might not be exactly accurate but close.

Change of Heart or Jury of Peers?

I can’t say why the demeanor changed so drastically, but I Will also concede that I knew My case was absolute and I have seen so much corrupt-Sean that I just didn’t care at all what she might try and do, I had come in completely expecting to be gaslight based on previous experiences and was already drafting an appeal to the Divisional Court (which I Will in all likelihood still be proceeding with but it keeps evolving with new evidence that only makes the eventual applicate-Sean that much stronger).

But the Truth is, she was sweet as pie. I advised her that I Wished to let the LTB know exactly what MHI are all about based on the behaviour of the landlord during these proceedings. The landlord does not have a single receipt to show her accounting and none of it adds up. This is now the second time that attempting to evict Me has in fact only revealed a very inaccurate and illogical accounting Record that eventually proved they were stealing from Me. I did refer to Section 83 of the RTA as a ‘rule‘ of the LTB which requires them to dismiss if any of the following apply, and every single one of them does (I had omitted the only one that didn’t apply from what I submit for the Record. The adjudicator could not help her Self from correcting Me and saying that is not a Rule of the LTB, do You mean ‘Section’. ‘Yes, whatever, that is exactly what I mean, I’m looking at it right now and it IS a Rule because You cannot evict if any of these apply.’ This was said in the moderation room converse a Sean sometime before the breakout.

MHI Complicity with the City of Ottawa on Record with LTB

The funny thing is, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz tried to deflect her lie ability as the ‘agent’ for the landlord, MHI, not the [legal] representative. The Word legal is in square brackets because that part wasn’t said but is always implied. I should also preface that this was previously with the moderator, not in the breakout room. But the moderator was very smooth, I really like him, actually.

‘Yes, You are the agent representative for the landlord, MHI – You are MHI today.’

(Just so that the organization cannot try and say ‘she wasn’t representing us in a legal capacity, We do not accept liability for her fraud, bullying of tenants, contempt for the RTA and exploit a Sean of tenants in violate-Sean of their rights, MHI vehemently stands against these things.’ *Which is what their public relations team, Ebb, Knight and Associates Will be telling them to do as they are helping them to cover their six years of fraud before the Rule of Law catches up with them.

No, sorry sister Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz (every sister I have known is a liar by trade), You do speak for the whole of Mufia Housing Initiative every time You harass a tenant, violate their rights, or demonstrate contempt for Your duties and obligate-Sean’s as a landlord to the RTA and Ottawa’s property standards. That’s actually why it would probably have been a Good Idea for Al’a Shithead Shadid to have fired her when every One Gave a standing Ovation at the Idea in a community town hall meeting. He said he’d have to get her side of the story first. If Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz says it’s not True, Our Hands are really tied on that one… Or something similar.

Kickback Scheme Unveiled on LTB Public Record

This one Will be huge! I anticipate it Will be My most listened to Podcast when it is finally released and the fact that it is in two Parts only makes it that much better. Both parts are almost exactly eighteen minutes long which is really not very long for an LTB hearing (though long considering it is a discontinuance of an eviction notice).

I had the chance to tell the entire Story, including the fact that I still have no Record of accurate accounting and the ledgers they are Showing don’t even add up. The only reason they have been able to get away with this for so long is because they’ve been complicit with previous LTB adjudicators. Today’s adjudicator took the time to make note that this is the first time she is hearing any of this.

Mafia Housing Initiative Repute a Sean Destroyed

The entire converse a Sean went so smoothly, it was wonderful. Beginning with their discriminate-Sean for My medical choices during covid to continuous filings with the LTB by colluding with the City of Ottawa to cut off rent without notice to Me every year, causing Me to chase after the city of Ottawa’s lawyer to get the rent paid for no fault of My own while MHI continues to bully Me any Way even as they are carbon copied on My emails to the People responsible for paying her. She is the most belligerent, incompetent building manager I have ever known.

I can actually say I haven’t ever had a Truly shittly landlord before now, most I have ever lived with prior to this were fabulous and I was actually an unofficial superintendent at the last two places I rented before this. Often it started with them being very agreeable about whatever it was I might be complaining about and as King of Me if I was capable and Wished to do the work My Self if they pay for parts and labour. So that’s how I got to know the RTA but I’ve never had to threaten a landlord with the LTB because most are terrified of it! Seriously. I would tell them such and such is a violate-Sean of the RTA or a property standard and they would ask Me what they needed to do to fix it and try to get it done immediately just to avoid liability claims!

Bad Faith Actors and Smooth Criminals

I told them about MHI fining tenants for garbage, parking, making demands for debts from decades ago without providing any receipts, threatening People with evict-Sean, exploiting minorities by offering them ‘benefits’ from donors in exchange for volunteering their Valuable time to do work that the landlord has a legal and lawful obligation to do. I told them they ghosted requests for security cameras so they can know who is coming into the building, then installed security cameras in all public areas so they can spy on tenants, turning communities into micro police states and bullying any One who complains about it.

I mentioned they are complicit with the Ottawa Police Service and even had Me charged, arrested, in jail (holding cell – bad enough) and on bail based on fraudulent testimony by her community volunteers and a board member’s cozy relationship the Ottawa Police Community services.

A Tenant Associate-Sean

I advised that many also Wish to set up a tenant associate Sean and I have offered to take care of filings to defend the rights of People in the community where the landlord is failing to comply with the RTA or Ottawa Property Standards and I need them to know that doing so protects them from retaliate-Sean by the landlord because too many are afraid exactly that for Signing their name to anything. I Will be advocating for this right in My community until an MHI Tenant Associate-Sean is firmly Established.

What Starts in Fraud Ends in Fraud

The best part of the hearing was that it ended like a True fairytale. If People don’t know, a hero’s journey often Will end where it begins in great fantasy literature – it is one of those recurring themes that typically lends to a great book and Story telling. Like this, ‘His Story Call Art I Fact’. 😉

The adjudicator must confirm for the Record that all rent and backrent have been paid, and Sarah confirms that is True. The adjudicator asks if she has any accounting to Show the Tribunal to support her discontinuance and she says, ‘yes’.

‘Great, can I be told that exact number for the Record, please, I Wish to know that My Self because none of the numbers and receipts I have seen are adding up so far and I haven’t received a legitimate receipt that makes any sense since the start of My tenancy.’ – Me, paraphrasing.

‘Can You Give the exact amount on the current ledger, please – for the Record.’

‘$698.00 was paid into the account this morning, which is half the rent for October from one of the subsidy providers, the balance Will be paid on the first of October.’ – Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz

The ‘Entitlement Form’ (included as evidence for the LTB and on Record now) Shows that the payment she received should be for $802.00 minus the $60.00 they are claiming to pay for My utilities, or $742.00. She’s a little short!!! $742.00 plus the entire housing portion of Benefits from OW ($390.00) is $1132.00 which is exactly what it should be. But OW is paying $45.00 (not $60.00), so the landlord receives $345.00 (not $390.00), so they are going to be very short on October 1st ($698.00+$345.0=$1043.00) which is $83.00 short. Like how is that even possible? Nothing about her accounting makes sense and their actual Records are so full of fraud that they can’t share them so they are stalling to try and Create some kind of convincing fraud they can swear to be an accurate accounting. They require a full forensic audit.

Anyway, I was able to advise the LTB that it was incorrect and should show more, so money is missing. Now I Will be as King of Sarah for an explain a Sean and she Will receive an Order to advise her to send Me her accounting by Way of email.

The Haven Will Mean Something

I know a hundred and thirty-seven million seems like a lot to be as King for what the City of Ottawa, the landlord, the LTB, SBT, Courts and corrupt prosecutors and police have done to Me, but the reality is, My official Record is cleaner than it has ever been despite their efforts to defame a Sean, and no One has any Idea what I Will do with the money.

I don’t know what they Will propose to do, but no member of MHI’s chair can plead ignorance to their organization’s piracy and money laundering, all Will be presumed complicit. I would use the money to pay off any debts MHI has outstanding to banks so that the People actually own the property they are renting. Rent payments Will still be collected but the property Will be restored to Four Season Standards (I worked for the Four Seasons for two years, true story). Any left over wealth after costs of repairs and maintenance are paid every month Will be used to purchase Gold and Silver for the tenant until they have sufficient wealth on ledger to acquire a House and the Haven does not become a rotating door for homelessness, but an evolution into independent, Sovereign homesteading.
