Tribunal Tribulations-Corrupted Tribunals and Courts
We’ve now caught the LTB red Handed manipulating evidence, muting microphones to manipulate the hearing, and threatening and intimidating People appealing to them for relief and remedy from slumlord gangsters like Multifaith Housing Initiative, their Kickback Scheme and collusion with the Ottawa Superior Court’s Kreling Criminal Cabal.
Dis-Honourable Justice of the Peace, Herb the Criminal Kreling was removed from the Bench by an Order in Council earlier this year, so We are hoping that the Kreling Criminal Cabal’s stranglehold on the Ottawa Superior Court is loosening.
I suspect the supervisor, Gillian the Criminal Kreling was only getting away with her grift because ‘daddy’ Herb the Criminal Kreling was a Justice of the Peace using the Courts to launder criminal Acts such as estate and insurance fraud, generally using the Courts as a weapon against any One attempting to report the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme. You know what they say, the apple does not far fall from the tree. But they are all marginalized minorities anyway, so who Gives a fuck, right? Certainly not the Kreling Criminal Cabal or the Ottawa Superior Court of just is!
Mandamus for an Urgent Order Gaining Momentum
Anyway, I digress. Today’s Part III is a Real evolution of Tribunal fraud perpetrated by senior LTB members and high profile liars posing as lawyers who are really Service Ontario employeese posing as LTB customer service reps to try and mitigate the Tribunal’s liability as they navigate their obvious complicity in the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme.
Also worth Noting that this Post has become the number one Post so far this week as a result of this investigate-Sean and We know there are no coincidences. The relevance to this Post is that the new Matters before the LTB and the most recent decision by the SBT are new evidence exhibits which clearly and irrefutably prove their complicity in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme.

It is also worthy to Note that the only reason that the current Matters are still before the SBT and LTB is because the Guelph Superior Court is obstructing My access to Justice and refusing to reply to a Writ of Mandamus for an Urgent Order to put a stop to the crimes of these complicit senior Tribunal members and Service Ontario agents breaching the public Trust and gross (disgusting, according to City councillors) abuse of process.
Yeah, Kirsten the Belligerent Booth (pictured above) is the only reason I am still fighting with these criminal clowns posing as legitimate judicial authorities. When I get My Application to the Divisional Court, I Will have copies of all My requests for a Mandamus for an Urgent Order as evidence exhibits to Show how long I have been as King for remedy from incompetent clowns posing for Crown. They owe Me an ounce of Gold for every day Kirsten the Belligerent Booth continues to ghost My Mandamus for an Urgent Order. A fucking cunt is what she is!!!
My belief is that the above Post has become so popular because that is the next stop on this road for the most senior members of the LTB and the SBT – the People in receipt of My emails right now!!! The targets of this very investigate-Sean!!!
We are just waiting for the newest attempt by the slumlord mafia manager Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz for Mafia Hustle Initiative (Multifaith Housing Initiative) to run its course as the final exhibit of LTB complicity in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme, anticipating the result Will be exactly the same as it always has been, this time making sure to maintain an accurate Record of all their fraud, the criminal conduct they are endorsing, and the evidence they are all pleading Willful Blindess of.

Their fraud is so ridiculous and their incompetence so obvious that it is hard to even know how to tell this Part of the Story except to say that their attempts to cover over the fraud and deflect liability and direct accountability for their failures only becomes more futile and embarrassing with every attempt.
New Email Fraud Tactics
Today I have brand new fraud tactics to share with You that I have frankly never seen before. One of the reasons My adversaries in Law fear Me so much is because I maintain meticulous Records and I use communication channels that are completely transparent – like email threads with all parties named in the email thread receiving every communicate-Sean so none can claim they did not receive notice. No One can plead ignorance and State Actors HATE this sort of transparency – that’s why they Wish to Keep SBT and LTB hearings ‘private’. They don’t Wish for any One to have a Record of what goes on behind closed doors. That’s because pulling back the curtain is like the Scene from Wizard of Oz when Dorothy reveals a pathetic, powerless old Man putting on a great Show.
Introducing Brendan the Odious O’Neill
This is the last email exchange I shared with You in Part II. Here, Brendan the Odious O’Neill is Writing Me in a brand new email thread Titled ‘Urgent Matters – LTB-L-069155-26’. There are a couple of problems here. In the other email thread, Samar is telling Me that the email is NOT related to this file, NOW they are referencing the same converse a Sean but identifying the converse a Sean as being evidence that was relevant to LTB-L-069155-26! And now they are trying to blame Me for not labeling the document correctly when it was Althea Barrett that randomly decided to reply to an email I had sent in reply to My slumlord, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz which she has ghosted for the duration of this converse a Sean while being included on every reply!!! Every reply is a tacit conceding to every accuse a Sean I’ve made, it Shows the LTB in Real time that there is no opposition from the slumlord, so they have to try to defer and pretend that email thread does not exist because it is such a damning piece of Tribunal incompetence and document manipulation.
And let’s be honest, they Real reason they don’t Wish for Me to email individuals involved is because they know damn well they are liable, the Tribunal can’t lose documents and suppress evidence, only individuals complicit or incompetent can do that. So individuals are liable and every One who provides Me with a reply that fails to answer any of My questions is going to be presumed complicit. I’ve had three agents tell Me three different stories so far and We’re about to be transferred to agent number four.
How to Deal with Email Fraud Evasion Tactics
Because failing to rebut any point I make to them in My email exchanges is considered a tacit agreement legally and lawfully, they cannot continue to respond in the same thread without answering My Quest-Ions or rebutting My Lawful arguments, so they deflect by starting a new thread to plead ‘Willful Blindess’ to the full context of the previous communication.
It is obvious that this is a reply to My last email to them in a different thread, so the trick is to not reply to the new email at all! Read the reply, then go back to the original email that Brendan the Odious O’Neill is responding to, make a pdf of the new email thread and attach it to the next email as King if this is the reply to this email thread. Like so.
Now, the email above is a reply in the original email thread that Brendan is responding to. I’m as King of him specifically what the Urgency of the Matter is and what he is tall King about specifically. I am also as King (seeing as he is not publicly listed as a member or adjudicator for the LTB) if he is Acting as counsel and accepting liability for the criminal negligence of the LTB’s senior members. I also ask him a number of other specific, numbered Quest-Ions. Keep in Mind, they have a legal and lawful obligation to answer every single one of My questions – failing to do so is administrative gaslighting and a form of fraud and abuse of process.
Heads of the Hydra: Starring Jonathon the Simpleton Samuels
I guess Brendan the Odious Oliveira does not Wish to be held accountable to Me for any of his statements, so he passes the buck to Jonathon the Simpleton Samuels who ups the ante of the fraud one more time. In fact, this time his method was so deceptive, it did almost fool Me!!!
Most People Will not be observant enough to Notice this level of document manipulation to engage in fraud. Most People would foolishly reply believing it is the same email thread – it is NOT!
Once again, Jonathon the Simpleton Samuels is hoping I Will be too stupid to Notice that he altered the Title of the email by adding the file number to it!!! The whole point to this converse a Sean being an abuse of process and clear and obvious document manipulation is because there was no reason for any LTB member or service agent to be looking at it in the first place because it was not addressed to them or formatted correctly for an evidence exhibit One Wishes to have added to their claim. I am literally only serving them as an impartial witness to My service on the slumlord, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz.
However, in the original thread, they are trying to argue the thread is NOT related to LTB-L-069155-26 and I was very careful to make sure I didn’t mention which Matter it was for, so this proves they knew what file I was tall King about the whole time!!! (Of course they did, We knew that but now they have just conceded to that fact and now incorrectly advised it wasn’t considered because the file was closed when it was still open for two more days after that email was sent.)
I had to do some investigative journalism to find out who Jonathon ‘S.’ might be, but the Service Ontario professional profile is a costume that fits this State Actor very well.
Jonathan Samuels spent 11 years and 7 months as a Senior Business Analyst directly inside Tribunals Ontario before moving into his current role as a Senior Business Consultant for Service Transformation.
His current branch at Service Ontario oversees modernization, service delivery, and public-facing Registry integrity!!!

So this proves that this investigation is coming from Feedback Ontario and not the LTB directly. This is service Ontario representatives responding through the LTB Registry email to try and mitigate the liability of their staff using their facility as a cloak for fraud and money laundering for MHI and the City of Ottawa’s Home for Good subsidy program (Starring Kelly the Criminal Kritsch).
Don’t Bite the Forbidden Fruit!!!
Again, We do NOT Wish to allow Jonathon the Simpleton Samuel to deflect away from this email thread which is a demonstrable example of gross incompetence and criminal misfeasance (at best). Once again, read the original email, then read Jonathan the Simpleton Samuel’s reply again, then respond in the original thread Simpleton Samuel is attempting to defer liability from. Notice the subtle difference? No file number added to the subject line, no ‘RE’ at the start of the thread.
The time stamps Show that he is responding to Me in a separate thread but this is an obvious deception tactic for any trained professional. One does not try to create new email threads to hide some of the converse a Sean, that is an attempt to conceal the full Record. If I had responded to either one of the new email threads, that Will be the beginning of a completely new email thread if it is archived under a completely new (but similar) Title. They are attempting to alter the official Record and avert transparency in their replies. This is serious fraud any superior Court Judge Will identify immediately.
Jonathon the Simpleton Samuels Has Nothing to Say
Well, that took care of that problem for at least a day – not sure if I Will ever hear anything more now or if the intent is to ‘ghost’ the email thread now? Jonathan has tacitly conceded that he is in fact Jonathan the Simpleton Samuel and that is a Good thing because I am guessing he is the most superior ranking individual We have been communicating with from Service Ontario so far.
Keep in Mind, despite all of the fraud these People are engaged in, they have clearly been advised to provide Me with at least their first name and last initial, and that is usually enough for Me to track down who they are. That is also a considerable step up from receiving anonymous replies from Courts and Tribunals, at least that has stopped (for now).
Order Vacated for Fraud
Although We know the administrative contempt of this Tribunal is so great that We can’t expect them to correctly execute any administrative Order, We do have an obligate-Sean to Vacate the Order for fraud and remind these clowns posing for Crown that I am their Superior and they are My public servants. That is why the mayor of Canada’s capital wears a chain around his neck to hold the Keys to the city – to remind him or her that they are a slave to their People.
Request to Review an Order and Fee Waiver
The fact that the Tribunal or any One I am corresponding with now even as King of Me to fill out a form for a reconsider a Sean of the decision is a laughable level of gaslighting and administrative incompetence in and of it Self. Jonathon the Simpleton Samuels has just conceded to Me in Writing that My files were lost and confused with another file number (and not available for the hearing) because they were not labeled properly. He should immediately be scheduling a re-trial because he has first hand knowledge that I have not been treated fairly and I do legitimately outrank all of these clowns because love it or hate it, I do have an Oath of Office on Record with the Court in Service of His Majesty and that does mean something in a Court or Tribunal. You Will also Notice that My new stationary reminds every public servant on every email correspondence, so not even ignorance is an excuse (if it ever were).
Request to Review an Order
Free Disposal of Natural Wealth for Fiduciary Obligate-Sean’s (Fee Waiver)
In this particular case, I know they are not allowed to refuse a fee waiver to any Beneficiary in receipt of Benefits for subsistence, so approval is basically automatic without asserting My Trust obligate-Sean’s and right to freely dispose of wealth from the Trust to fullfill fiduciary obligations. When I authorize the fee waiver, it does not cost the taxpayer of Canada a penny – it IS a fiduciary obligation of the Court which is why the receipt Will say that the request to review the order was paid without any mention of fee waiver. The moment I fill out the form, it becomes a commercial instrument worth the dollar value of the request.
As King Correctly
I cannot Give them the satisfaction of making Me jump through administrative hoops to gain access to My most basic right to a fair and unmanipulated hearing without advising them I am only doing so under duress and as a result of their gross, administrative incompetence.
“I am now Officially as King of You to dismiss and complying with Your administrative
hurdles under duress and with prejudice in violation of My Trust obligate-Sean’s. I am
Your Superior and am advising You of criminal conduct by senior members of LTB staff
and You are not taking any Action?”
Proof of Payment
Confirm a Sean of My payment for the Request to Review the Order came quickly. The confirm a Sean of payment for the Request arrived seven minutes less than two hours later. 😉
