Mathieu is the case worker who was tasked with a simple housing renewal. Instead of fulfilling his duty, he chose to lie, delay, and obstruct. He is the subordinate covering for the crimes of Nana Asante, who allegedly spoiliated the Trust Instrument on file, and the negligence of his superiors, Kelly Kritsch and Clara Freire.

His crime is not just incompetence; it is willful malfeasance. When presented with the evidence of his agency’s wrongdoing, his response was not to correct it, but to privately email me, attempting to take the conversation off the record to avoid oversight from his superiors and the SBT. This act of digital spoliation is a deliberate tactic to conceal his breach of the Trustee Act of Ontario.

Mathieu Regimbald is the living embodiment of the excuse that failed at Nuremberg: “I was just following orders.” He is a cog in a corrupt machine, and he has chosen to be a willing part of its criminal operation.
