Hello every One and welcome to the Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a tremendous Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. I have been Promising to share a recent adventure regarding the Ottawa Police Service for a couple of days now and hope I Will get this Post published today.
I honestly don’t think My perspective of government was really that much different from any One elses when I first started this journey. I Imagine that most of You presume that there is corruption in government no Matter which country One Lives in, We generally like to presume the corruption is limited to a few bad apples and that most State Actors are Acting in Good Faith, doing their best to serve the People of their country. Despite My own experiences, I am determined to prove this theory to be True… But proving My theory has been exceedingly difficult. It’s starting to appear as though it only takes a couple of bad apples to spoil the whole bunch (like the Treasous Trudeau’s, maybe?).
So on Saturday, the 13th of June, 2026, I decided to Give the Ottawa Police one more opportunity to redeem their Self and prove that they can be of service to the People. Because Scotiabank is unlawfully refusing to Honour their own check, I am effectively under economic duress and being deprived of essential basic needs. So I called the Ottawa Police Service and advised them that I am under economic duress and require their assistance in Issuing a lawful promise to pay at a grocery store OR accompanying Me to Scotiabank to compel them to cash the check or provide a letter of their refusal.
In Canada, a promise to pay is legal tender – it is in fact what every dollar bill in Canada actually is! Notice they don’t call it a dollar ‘payment’? When has any One ever known a bill to have Value to any One except the One Issuing the bill? If Hydro sends Me a bill is it money? No? So then why would We call money a dollar ‘bill’? Because it represents a measure of debt owed to a private, central bank, and is not ‘satisfied’ until the promise to pay is fullfilled. A Promise to Pay is fullfilled or satisfied when it is used for the purpose promised in the budget for Canada’s People. So if a grocery store Issues Me a bill for My Goods, it is presumed that the Value of the Goods is equal to the Value of the bill (or the merchant is engaged in fraud). The bill represents a measure of debt. If the buyer agrees that the bill issued is equal to the Value of the Goods they are purchasing, they Sign the bill and Create a legal bill of exchange – the Value of the debt has now been ‘offset’ against the wealth of the product leaving the store. A fiduciary obligation to Canada’s People was fulfilled or satisfied, and the ‘bill’ is now worth its dollar Value and redeemable at any financial institution. It could also be sent to Revenue Canada by the store showing that it was used to satisfy an obligation to Canada’s People, and the store Will get a tax credit of equal Value for fulfilling the fiduciary obligation.
I’m not sure how complicated this is for others to comprehend, it’s very easy for Me because I’ve always known that paper money is meaningless and has no ‘real’ Value until it is exchanged for something ‘Real’. One can never difinitively say that a dollar is worth ‘x’ ounces of silver or gold because it has no fixed Value until it is exchanged for something. A $100.00 grocery bill doesn’t ever buy any fixed amount of groceries because only the Value of groceries are stable, the dollar continues to lose Value as We lose more and more faith in Our government and their exploitive capitalist system.
The groceries always have the same Value, the same groceries Will provide the same nutrients and calories everytime, but the continually depreciating Value of Canada’s economic system means it Will continually require more dollars to acquire groceries of the same Value. It used to cost $14/kg for My favourite bacon just four years ago. The exact same bacon is now $20 but the Value of the bacon didn’t go up – the Value of the dollar went down. Canada has been so fiscally irresponsible for so long that it’s dollar continues to depreciate at such an alarming rate, it outpaces industry increases except for the highest income earners. The longer One works at a steady job, the less they effectively make because the dollars they earn have less buying Power.
When a government is wisely managing its economy, the buying Power of the dollar continues to increase to reflect the improving quality of Life. The more a dollar depreciates, the more the quality of Life is depreciating by the same measure. So inflation means Your country sucks at managing its economy and is economically incompetent. A legitimate economy gains Value every year, countries increase in wealth as they grow, not depreciate (or it should, but pirates captured Canada in 1974, and the United States were captured by Pirates in 1913 – find Your own country’s legislated economic ‘Act’ that perpetrated treason against its People by choosing to borrow from private banks at interest and with a service fee attached, rather than print their own, debt free currency as required to fulfill fudiciary obligations to their People, as the economic system was originally designed to do).
At any rate, the ‘civilian officer’ of the non emergency Ottawa Police Service was one of the Friendliest public servants I have spoken to from any organization at the City of Ottawa in a long time. It was very refreshing and I made sure to tell him – I advised him that his demeanor and attitude were appreciated and not what I’ve come to expect from the Ottawa Police. He assured Me that My request was reasonable and that he would have a couple of officers dispatched to the location at whatever time I Wished to go. I told him I wasn’t sure exactly what time but I would leave now, can I call when I get there and have them dispatch some One at that time? He said that sounded perfect, I thanked him and ended that call.
I was SO excited to finally be able to share a positive experience about the Ottawa Police Service with You and headed out on My Way. Unfortunately, that’s not at all how it went down.
When I first arrived at the store I went to the customer service desk and advised them ahead of time that I was under duress and would be paying with a promise to pay, please let the manager know so that there is no Issue, I arranged to have police dispatched to facilitate lawful payment and de-escalate any objections. The girl at the customer service desk was Friendly and kind enough, she said she’d call the manager to the front when I’m finished My shopping, I said ‘thank You’ and started My shopping. I also called the same general police line I had called previously to tell them I was at the store and ready to have them dispatch officers to assist with Issuing a lawful promise to pay. This time they didn’t pick up. The phone literally continued to ring endlessly as I continued to do My shopping and was still ringing with no One picking up by the time I was done and approaching the service desk again with My groceries. And this is when things went south.
The manager came to the front and was immediately confrontational. I advised him that I’m under duress and going to be paying with a promise to pay, he pretended like he doesn’t have a clue what that is (or maybe he’s really that ignorant) and I explained it is a lawful bill of exchange. He immediately protested and said ‘no, it’s not, You’re shoplifting and I’m calling the police’.
I told him I’ve already called the police, they know I’m coming and I’m also on the phone with them now (phone still ringing). The manager called 911, so they picked up almost immediately, he explained he is the manager of Food Basics and has a shoplifter he needs apprehended. I advised the 911 dispatcher that I am NOT attempting to shoplift, I am offering to pay which is legal tender in Canada. The female dispatcher says, ‘no, it’s not, We’re dispatching police (to arrest You)’. The manager tells Me that no only is he calling the police to have Me removed, but I’m also banned from returning to his store and Will be ‘trespassed’ if I try to return.
So of course, I immediately hung up My call to police and called 911 My Self, and much to My disappointment, got the same belligerent response from the female dispatch officer I was tall King to, trying to tell Me that a promise to pay is not legal tender. I told her I don’t have time to argue with ignorant idiots because ignorance is no excuse for the law, abandoned My groceries and proceeded to leave the store to avoid another unlawful arrest.
As this situation is going on, the manager has called over two of his largest stock boys to ‘surround’ Me. They kept a reasonable distance but it was clear they were there to intimidate. When I walked out of the store the manager again repeated that I am trespassed and Will be arrested if I ever return. I advised him that You can’t trespass for attempting to engage in a lawful commercial transaction just because You are too ignorant to know it’s lawful. The biggest of the two guys he recruited to intimdate Me says, ‘If You come back here, I Will take You out personally’.
“Really, is that a threat?”
“I Wish I could quit My job and take You outside right now.”
“I’m already outside, I consent.”
The manager looks at his employeed and nods his head, ‘You can go, it’s okay.’
Of course, moment of Truth – he doesn’t come. He stands there promising he would if he wasn’t working – despite the fact his manager just gave him permission to do whatever he was threatening to do.
But here’s the kicker. I’m STILL on the phone with 911 and I ask the dispatcher if she just heard all of that. What does say?
“Yeah, I heard every Word and now You’re threatening employees so I suggest You leave.”
“I advised her I’m already gone and she’s a fucking cunt!’, then I hung up.
That’s the kind of story We expect from the Ottawa Gestapo posing as public servants. They are the hired muscle for the City of Ottawa’s criminal cabal, defending their criminal operation.
But here’s where it gets really interesting. When I get home, I call the general line again to complain about what happened and although I still didn’t get through, I left a message and I’m pretty sure it was the same gentleman who called Me back. And he sounded appalled. He legitimately sounded like he couldn’t believe the story I was telling him. When I first said that they called 911 accusing Me of shoplifting while I’m standing there offering a promise to pay and that the dispatcher the store manager was tall King to said a promise to pay is ‘not legal tender, he’s attempting to shoplift – We’ll dispatch officers to Your location’, he says to Me, ‘dispatch said that to You?’, in disbelief!
I told him that not only did dispatch say that, but I called 911 My Self because the general line he told Me to call didn’t pick up the entire time I was at the store and I figured there would be some record of My call for assistance. He assured Me that there IS a record of My call for assistance but would not be available to 911 dispatch because it’s a different ‘unit’ or something. So he took My complaint, 26-162657 because what they did is a breach of Trust and a breach of contract! The guy on the phone was SO nice, he agrees with Me one hundred percent and says he doesn’t understand why a dispatcher would be trying to tell a store manager that a promise to pay is not legal tender and suggested I escalate My complaint to the Inspectorate of Policing. So that’s precisely what We did.
Now, the complaint form for the Inspectorate of Policing is an online form which did not offer Me a copy of My complaint, though I’m sure I can get a copy sometime in the future. I requested for the store to retain all video and audio of the encounter and Will return to put the manager and their bouncer on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for refusing lawful payment and uttering threats in the amount of $10,000.00. I could go much higher but if I keep the amount under $35k I can file in small claims and get a much faster settlement.
However, the corruption doesn’t stop there. My complaint did not just describe the situation at the store, I advised that I’m an independent journalist who has essentially been ‘debanked’ in retaliation for My advocacy work where I have uncovered a sophisticated racketeering operation involving the head of the Ottawa Police Service, Habib the Sinister Sayah and City Councillor Cathy the Colluding who collude with Ontario Works and Home for Good to siphon subsidies intended for tenants into the coffers of the not for profit slumlord, Mafia Housing Initiative, or ‘MHI’.
I received the most unprofessional, belligerent reply to My complaint that even I did not expect. I honestly do not Wish to presume that Canada’s government is wholly compromised, but I’m afraid that is how it is beginning to look. Here is the reply I received to My complaint with the Inspectorate of Policing which ‘polices’ all the municipal police in the province of Ontario.
If You take the time to view the document, You Will see that they have not confirmed receipt of My complaint, they have addressed the receipt to ‘SEAN VON DEHN’. Really? What a belligerent, fucking cunt!!! It is NOT okay for any public servant to plead ignorance of documents filed with Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General, that is where the whole ‘Notice to Principal is Notice to Agency’ comes into Play. The second point to note is that this is NOT in compliance with professional standards. One can argue if they Wish that there is some kind of satanic requirement for police to BASTARDIZE One’s calling on a police information, but addressing People in all caps in professional correspondence is unprofessional at best and antagonistic when One has specifically advised that doing so is a trespass upon a Trust Instrument and My Sacred Calling Given Me by God. The other detail to Note as I have pointed out many times before, when public servants are NOT Acting in a professional capacity, they never include their name. That’s how One knows this was done with intent because the anonymous email defers accountability from any particular individual. So I can respond however the fuck I Wish because nothing is less professional than an anonymous email sent with antagonistic intent. If it was an ‘honest’ mistake, it would have been ‘Mr. von Dehn’ (and I would have expected them to perhaps try that but they Will be corrected. Deliberately Spelling the Magic of My Calling in ALL CAPS was done with intent to antagonize and provoke. Remember, this email doesn’t count because they Will never Wish to include it in the file because it is so egregiously unprofessional, the individual responsible for drafting it Will be liable – it was done with intent to avoid personal liability. If People Wish to invoke the Neo in Mr. Anderson, that is what they Will get!
IOP Complaint #26-597 – Reply to Belligerent Email
Now that We are done Venting and expressing Our rage for the contempt demonstrated by the ‘Inspectorate of Policing’, We properly confirm receipt and place them on Notice for their trespass upon the Trust on Record with MOJAG. Anything I file related to this claim number becomes evidence for the claim and part of the investigation, the filing process advises where to add additional inform a Sean once a claim number has been assigned.
The Good News is, within an hour after serving that last email on the Inspectorate of Policing, My Blog received over one hundred views from a single visitor within the next hour, all related to the City of Ottawa’s kickback scheme and theft of tenant subsidies. This is a sophisticated racketeering operation with Cathy the Colluding Curry on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Police, along with Sahada the Satanic Alolo who is part of the Police Equity Council or something.
In fact, Cathy the Colluding Curry has her hands in a lot of pies and appears to be a central figure, perhaps even the head of this criminal organization!!! Look at how many institutions she’s infiltrated. As a member of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board?! So THAT’S why they hired Carleton University to collude with their racketeering operation, Cathy the Colluding Curry is the Chair!!!
See how all these pieces fit together? Now it makes perfect sense why they would choose Carleton University to conduct the ‘impartial’ tenant survey because Cathy the Colluding Curry is backing this criminal Activity as the Chairperson on the District School Board. Mystery solved!!! Violating her own policy to engage in fraud and steal benefits intended for Ottawa’s most marginalized minorities. What a fucking cunt she is!!!
“Cathy Curry was elected by Ward 4 (Kanata North) on October 24, 2022 after having been appointed to Ottawa City Council to represent Ward 4 on November 10, 2021. She has lived and worked in the community for over 30 years, previously representing residents as Kanata’s School Board Trustee and Chair of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board!!!
She currently sits as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Planning and Housing Committee, the Finance and Corporate Services Committee, the Environment and Climate Change Committee, the City’s Service Review Working Group, the Ottawa Police Services Board, the Invest Ottawa Board, and the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority.”
We also decided to be generous with the DEAD line for Carleton University to respond to the Notice of Liability for colluding in this fraud by a little more than an additional 24 hours simply because the Notice was served on a Sunday and they may not have received it until Monday. So I’m Giving them until midnight tomorrow to respond or be presumed complicit. I think We know the answer now, but let’s see how they attempt to cover up their involvement here.
