Today’s Post is important because You might remember that the Toronto Police Service were found to be colluding with a major grand theft auto ring.
“Ontario’s inspector general of policing will conduct a provincewide independent review of police in the wake of a corruption scandal involving more than half a dozen Toronto police officers.
Ryan Teschner said incidents of corruption “understandably shake public trust” and a thorough independent investigation is needed to answer the public’s questions.” – CBC News
Okay, so Ryan Teschner does understand that when local police are complicit in organized crime against civilians, it stands to ‘shake’ Public Trust. He is smart and sensible enough to connect at least these two dots – that’s encouraging! What else does the article tell Us about Teschner?
“Teschner, who previously served as the executive director and chief of staff of the Toronto police board, said he would appoint an external person to lead the work as a “safeguard.” Once the review is done, the findings will be made public online, he said.” – CBC News
Oh, I see!!! He was the executive director and chief of staff of the Toronto Police board while this was taking place? Well that’s interesting isn’t it? All of this was going on in the Toronto Police Service and the executive director and chief of staff of the board it Self was absolutely clueless? Who discovered that the Toronto Police Service were compromised?
“The seven police officers, along with a retired Toronto police officer and 19 civilians, are charged as part of the sweeping probe that began last June after York Regional Police officers uncovered an alleged conspiracy to kill a senior corrections officer at an Ontario detention centre.” – CBC News
Okay, so this isn’t just some petty, victimless crime, stealing a few vehicles or smuggling narcotics, these People were plotting to kill a senior corrections officer at an Ontario detention center?! This is full Al-Capone-level mafia movie shit!!! All while Teschner was head of the Toronto Police Board as the executive director and chief of staff? And he’s the one who gets to decide who Will investigate his criminal organization? That doesn’t sound too convenient at all, does it?
I’ll tell You what I would do if I Wisehd to restore Faith and confidence in public policing services. Ryan Teschner would be the first person charged and all other seven officers would be considered his complicit soldier accomplicies. He is the head of the Police Services and this was all happening on his watch and instead of getting charged as the Principal for his criminal agents, he gets promoted to the Inspectorate of Police so that he can be responsible for investigating the entire province?
“Well, We figured that since the Toronto Police Board were so sufficiently comprosised with Ryan Teschner sitting as the chair and executive director for the Toronto Police Services, We figured there was no One more qualified to investigate the rest of Ontario’s munipal policing services because We know he is perfectly okay with corruption – organized crime within the the police forces he manages is a frivolous detail for People to concern them Selves with.” – Hypothetical, insane, logic behind promoting Ryan the Treasonous Teschner to Inspectorate of Police after allowing a criminal organization to organize under his managment?
“We were so proud of the organized crime network that was discovered within the Toronto Police Services under his management that We knew Ryan the Treasonous Treschner was exactly the Man to take this racketeering operation province-wide!!! We have complete Faith in his ability to compromise every local municipality if Given sufficient time…” – more hypothetical, insane logic governing the management of Canada’s Police Services
But We have a more relatable example from Our microcosm recently. I filed a complaint with the Inspectorate of Police because after researching the Role and Duty of the Inspectorate, I figured Ryan Teschner might be the right Man for the job if he means a single Word he says,
“Ryan Teschner leads Canada’s first Inspectorate of Policing. He is dedicated to building public trust, promoting excellence and transformation in the policing sector, and modernizing police oversight and governance.” – Ryan Teschner – Promise to Restore Public Trust in Policing
I am suggesting that this entire fiasco and the ‘Inspectorate of Policing’ is nothing more than a facade to Give Canada’s People the Illusion of accountability. Seriously. Does it really make sense to have the Man who was running the Toronto Police Services Board promoted to Inpectorate of Policing after he proved to be entirely incompetent investigating his own policing Services? This is a joke on the People of Canada!!! He should have been the first Man to get arrested and he’s now the One Trusted to inspect the rest of the Ontario’s Police Services? What could possibly go wrong?
Well, let’s ignore My initial complaint to the Inspectorate for a moment because My complaint to the Inspectorate is not as important as what knowledge and inform a Sean they were able to glean from that complaint. Here is the Decision in response to My complaint to the Inspectorate of Policing:
Decision Letter S107(2)(a) 26-597
What does the Decision Letter say (for those of You too lazy to read the document – no shame, I probably wouldn’t either)?:
“Based on our review of your complaint, the Inspector General of Policing has determined that your complaint is frivolous and not in the Inspectorate
of Policing’s (IoP) jurisdiction. ” – Anonymous Decision Letter – Inspectorate of Policing
I almost Wish I would have guessed what the Decision was going to be but the Truth is, I know My Words Magically Manifest and I Wished to Give the Inspectorate the Benefit of the doubt.
The Truth is, I knew it was going to go this Way by the first letter of reply I received…
Now, People can make of this whatever they Wish. The first thing You Will Notice is that it is addressed to ‘SEAN VON DEHN’. I have said before that to address Me in ALL CAPS is akin to addressing Neo as Mr. Anderson. It is what People like to Call a ‘trigger’ for Me, but the fact is, it is not one that is unknown to any One in government Writing Me a Letter regardless how much they Wish to plead ignorance. The Intent is to provoke and antagonize.
Now, with respect to how should One respond to such an email? Well, I Give You the Real Life demonstrate-Sean of that soon enough. If this email had been sent to Me five years ago as one of the first letters of reply from government, I would have Given Benefit of the doubt and presumed it was ignorance and an honest mistake.
People can make whatever arguments they Wish about whether or not it makes any difference whatsoever how a name is Spelled and Styled on a police inform a Sean. I’m suggesting that if it’s in ALL CAPS, it isn’t You – it is proof (of a Certificate) that One’s inherent rights are guaranteed in Canada’s Courts. It represents My Interest in Canada’s economic obligate-Sean to ensure all costs necessary to guarantee My inherent rights (as a Man) are covered in Canada’s Courts. It is legally and lawfully defined as an artificial person in Law regardless how much policy officers may Wish to gaslight that fact, it doesn’t change the Truth of it and they are not the One’s who have to Stand on their nonsense in Court. Prosecute-Sean has that task and that is why they fail and withdraw before I ever get a chance to speak.
The fact is, outside of being charged criminally or even civilly for anything, there is absolutely no Good reason to address an individual in ALL CAPS – that is not how professionals correspond with One another in the Real world, it does not comply with service standards or even the Rules of Civil Procedure because any legal and lawful service of documents must be served upon the individual in the proper Style and Spelling of their name. It would be just as rude and unprofessional for Me to Write a Letter, ‘Attention: RYAN TESCHNER’. Now, I don’t know, maybe police officers are kind of like soldiers in the sense that they Give up their Spiritual purpose to join the force and therefor literally become a ‘body corpus’ which is always expressed in ALL CAPS (go to a graveyard sometime and look at the TOMBSTONE) and maybe within their departments its perfectly normal to use ALL CAPS all the time to address some One. But outside of their bizzaro world, People address One another in professional correspondence in upper and lower case. Even if the officer did not Wish to recognized My status in relay-Sean to the Trust and My Trust obligate-Sean’s, the default professional courtesy would have been, ‘Mr. von Dehn’. Again, I would have corrected it because Mister is a position of public office and presumed to be a for profit position unless otherwise Declared.
So the Truth is, I have not even legally received an official reply to My complaint because in Order for an acknowledgement of the complaint it Self to be legally and lawfully served on Me, it must include the name of the individual confirming receipt of My complaint. The fact that the confirmation of complaint was anonymous is a tell – they know it does not meet professional standards and do not Wish to be liable ‘personally’ for Writing it so they hide behind the beauraucracy as a shield. So My response doesn’t count, either because to complain about it would mean acknowledging their lack of professionalism from the start. Remember, it is easy to gaslight Me and police always think they are wise guys and that all of this is very funny but that’s not how these jokes actually play out in a Court of competent jurisdiction. So I Give them what they Wish for because I know they Will use it to further incriminate their Self.
IOP Complaint #26-597 – Reply to Belligerent Email
Again, People can say it is over the top if they Wish but there are some important points to consider here. This is where People are expected to complain to if they feel their municipal police services have betrayed them. I have expressed in My original complaint that I am under duress and being economically exploited (and with criminal intent). A competent Court Will be completely sympathetic to My situation, the react-Sean is justified under the circumstances. The fact is, that IS the name they should be using on police inform a Sean’s but haven’t been because there is a Trust Instrument on Record that says not to express that name in all caps. And it is subject to a $100,000.00 fine. Provisions of the Court allow Me to Establish fines if they Will serve to deter future Trespass upon the Trust. Here is the professional reply, and You can ignore the first One and presume this is the first One on Record because their first email to Me is the ‘evidence’ supporting the accusations made here.
I hope You Will read the email in its entirely though I do know that most of You Will not, so the Key thing to know and to take Notice of, is that in the forthcoming Decision Letter they do not repeat the offense but they do engage in more fraud according to the Rules of Civil Procedure because the inspector is omitting My formal email reply but including his original email to Me and My original reply in stead. This is to omit Showing on the Record that he received Notice of the Trust even if his or her excuse was that they were ignorant before. And I Will apologize if I refer to the Inspectorate as ‘he’ because I honestly have no Idea and I am picturing Ryan Teschner because that’s who this agent allegedly represents. I tried to blind carbon copy Ryan Teschner to Give him the Benefit of the doubt because My belief is that whomever is repsonsible for this email probably doesn’t Wish for Ryan to see it. So again, for quick reference, the Decision that was made after receiving the above letter and Notice.

And then My reply to the Decision Letter.
Now, once again I Wish to apologize for taking so long to get this Post completed but they really do take some time. There were a lot of other things I Wished to say to Ryan Teschner in My email to him but the Truth is I don’t know if he Will ever see it because the email address I had for him was his old email as the head of the police services board and it did bounce back with a message saying that he has now moved on to the Inspectorate of Policing and no longer checks that email address. So the best I can hope for is that Ryan Teschner sees this appeal to him here because I honestly do not Wish to believe he is complicit and that this whole Inspectorate of Policing is to Give Canadians (and Ontarionians) the Illusion of accountability. People in Canada need to see Real accountability for bad State Actors and I’m hoping Ryan Teschner is up for the Role God Cast for him to Play in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean.
But for the Common Man I Wish to let You know why the Decision is in fact incorrect and unreasonable and probably the easiest Decision to have appealed with an Application to the Divisional Court for Judicial Review of all the Matters I have before Me.
This is the direct quote of the Inspectorate of Police summary of My complaint to them:
Your Complaint Summary:
“You requested an investigation into what you describe as a highly organized racketeering and economic starvation operation within the police service, City of Ottawa officials, and a non-profit. You alleged that Ontario Works and city officials are embezzling utility subsidies meant for vulnerable tenants. You alleged that you have faced severe institutional retaliation and duress, including being targeted by police officers sent to intimidate you. You alleged that the ongoing treatment is a breach of a prior resolution agreement made with a Sergeant.” – C.P.
That is the Inspectorate’s summary of My complaint in his own Words!!! That’s why I previously suggested forgetting about whatever it was I expressed exactly in the initial complaint, whatever that was, this is what the Inspectorate was able to extrapolate from that in his own Words, his understanding of My grievance with the Ottawa Police Service. And the Decision is that this complaint is ‘frivolous’?
It doesn’t even Matter what the Inspectorate may have Writ in the rest of the Decision Letter because no One Acting in Good Faith Trusted to police municipal Police Services is going to accept any beauraucratic red tape being a reasonable or correct excuse to ignore a complaint of a sophisticated racketeering operation taking place in the nation’s Capital which includes their Police Services intimidating People reporting on it?! That is legitimately going to make it look as though the Inspectorate is complicit and was hired to cover up the racketeering operations taking place in municipal police forces rather than expose them.
Now, for the Record, I don’t believe that’s the case and that’s why I attempted to blind carbon copy Ryan Teschner because I felt it would Give him silent oversight because My instincts actually tell Me he Will not support ignoring this complaint because exposing this Will probably make him look like a hero in his new Role. However, I am not confident that Ryan Teschner knows about this at all, which is why it was important to advise whomever is responsible for this incorrect and unreasonable Decision that it Will be published here.
Why Decision is Incorrect and Unreasonable:
Contra Bonos Mores – Against Good Morals
The Inspectorate clearly articulates the nature of the complaint, Showing a detailed understanding of the nature of the operation. If the accusations prove to be True, they stand to compromise Canada’s entire country because this is the nation’s Capital, it is a ‘national crisis’ as much as it’s a municipal one if Ottawa’s officials prove to be compromised – and I think We already know that they are. Turning a blind eye to such an allegation without investigating is suspect at best.
Lack of Basic Professional Standards
No ‘Decision’ can be legally binding if there is no One assigned to the Decision. ‘C.P.’, is not a legally binding Signature or decision maker and the emails were clearly Writ to be antogonistic rather than helpful. People do not use all capital letters when communicating with One another in lawful email correspondences. Police can have their own internal policies but when they are communicating with the public, professional standards apply and none were used here in any correspondence. The first was entirely anonymous, the second was initials only, capitalizing the ‘v’ in ‘von Dehn’, which is also incorrect in a professional email (Wishes to pass off as ignorance, but ignorance is no excuse for the Law and My proper Style and Spelling is in the header of My formal reply which was deliberately omitted).
Fraud
The Inspectorate Creates their own fantasy narrative that has nothing to do with anything in the substance of My complaint, focuses entirely on My initial reply, references My formal reply but pleads ignorance of its context and how it applies to the Decision they are about to make.
Violation of Act Cited to Dismiss
The Decision actually violates the final part of the Section the Inspectorate refences to dismiss as frivolous which prevents the Inspectorate from dismissing as frivolous any complaint that constitutes a Matter of public Interest. A highly sophisticated ‘Kickback Scheme’ taking place in the nation’s Capital of Ottawa involving City Councillors, a not for profit and local police who intimidate vulnerable tenants that complain about it? My guess is that a Divisional Court Will probably consider that a Matter of public Interest
Breach of Trust, Violation of Own Mandate
Finally, it is exactly the polar opposite of what Ryan Teschner Promised the Inspectorate of Policing was for. It very much was Created to Inspect nefarious goings on in municipal police services across the country in hopes of exposing and eliminating the sort of organized crime network they found to be operational in Toronto.
