Meet Geoffrey Baker, Senior Counsel for the Clara the Freakshow Friere and Michael the Predator Parsa, the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. A liar posing as lawyer who, when faced with the undeniable criminal conduct of his client, chose not to uphold the Law, but to orchestrate a cowardly conspiracy to protect a clown!

The Crime of Abandonment

In the SBT matter 2512-08602, Bonehead Baker was tasked with representing the interests of the Ministry. The Ministry’s agent, Ottawa Ontario Works Administrator Clara Freire, is 100% liable for the spoliation of documents and the systemic exploitation of beneficiaries taking place at her office. These are not allegations; they are material facts supported by evidence.

A lawyer’s duty upon discovering such criminal acts is clear: counsel your client to stop (Give them ‘a-rest’/arrest). But Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker did the opposite because he’s complicit. He saw the criminal liability, panicked, and hatched a disgusting scheme.

The “Plausible Deniability” Conspiracy

Instead of responding to the SBT or to his client, Clara Freire, Baker sent a private email only to Caroline Forget, the incompetent case presenter, and Me. Why?  Because they Will not Wish to for the SBT or any ‘legitimate’ Judicial authority to witness his contempt for his client and his own duties to the Court and Justice.

But his Goal is NOT Justice. His goal was to create a “plausible deniability” defense for Forget, pretend she ‘just-is’ too stupid to know any better and is not sufficiently qualified, she’s an incompetent ‘case presenter’, not a liar posing as a lawyer, like Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker. He attempted to coach her off-record, hoping to preserve her manufactured ignorance so she could stand before the tribunal and claim incompetence – as she does every time with impunity because the SBT is really just a cloak for fraud and the exploitation of Canada’s marginalized minorities.

In doing so, he deliberately and willfully abandoned his client, Clara Freire. He left her without counsel, without guidance, and without a defense, hoping she would take the entire fall for the Ministry’s crimes. He sacrificed her to save himself and his incompetent colleague.

This is Treason

A lawyer who abandons a client to further a conspiracy is not a lawyer; he is a co-conspirator and he’s conspiring against Canada’s People, perverting the very system that was allegedly legislated to protect Canadians and guarantee their right to basic essential dignity. Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker is now complicit in every single crime Clara Freire commits from the moment he received that first notice. He is a traitor to his profession, a traitor to the concept of justice, and a perfect example of the moral rot within Ontario’s legal system.  The Law Society of Ontario looks more like a criminal organization using the Courts as a cloak for fraud every single day. I mean, let’s face it – what is a judge or justice but a glorified liar posing as lawyer?  The best liars always get promoted because they can be Trusted to perpetuate the fraud.

He is not just a liar posing as a lawyer. He is a cowardly conspirator who uses his knowledge of the Law to subvert and pervert it. He will be exposed as such.

How did I respond to this fascist fuck?  Well, see – this ‘tactic’ is another professional ‘gaslighting’ technique often used by corrupt State Actors.  The INTENT is to intimidate Me, make Me feel stupid (‘oh, really, You’re not the right liar posing as lawyer for the Ontario Works Administrator, I must be so stupid to think You have some duty or responsibility here’ – is what they are hoping I Will think).  But if that were True and his reply were reasonable or appropriate, he would have sent it to the SBT and every One else who was SUMMONED to be there on June 4th.  He’s responding only to Me and Caroline, and only even including Caroline to say ‘see, I put him in his place, You are all set for the 4th, just continue to play dumb and incompetent, You are doing great, that’s exactly the incompetence We are looking for!’.  That’s what’s really going on here.  So when they respond IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES, I CAN TOO!!!  So here is My reply.SBT Clowns Caroline Fascist Forget and Geoffrey Bonehead Baker

Conclusion:

Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker knows his client is guilty of serious crimes that Will put her away for a very long time if Canada’s Criminal Code applies to every One.  What he’s really attempting to do here, is plead ‘plausible deniability’ of her crimes, ‘Clara the Freakshow Friere did not advise Me that she required legal represent a Sean before the SBT, I had NO IDEA that she was spoliating documents with criminal intent to breach a Beneficiary’s Trust and exploit him economically!  I would absolutely have put a stop to such criminal Acts if I had known, I don’t know why she didn’t insist that I be at that hearing…’.  Or whatever.  He’s hoping to plead ignorance, and ignorance is not excuse for the Law, especially when You are the primary criminal operator’s client.  Clara is essentially the ‘kingpin’ of this organize a Sean, the highest paid player in the game, she is the One he is protecting.  A fascist fuck and a cunt is what he is!!!
