In the 2021 cabinet shuffle, Fullerton was named minister of children, community and social services, a role that comes with stickhandling sensitive files including autism services for children and the Ontario Disability Support Program.  Perhaps they felt that Fullerton’s ability to Act like a child made her suitable for the Role?

Fullerton drew the ire of families of children with autism as the rollout of a new program that began under the previous minister was slow and opaque.

Ontario was unable to reach its target of providing funding for core autism therapies to 8,000 families by the end of fall 2022, though it wouldn’t say by how much. (Plenty of cash for increasing all Member of Parliament salaries, though, plenty of cash to pay Clara the Freakshow Friere a quarter million dollars a year to exploit Canada’s most marginalized, but no money for the People they are actually Trusted to Benefit?  It’s not a mistake, it’s organized racketeering and calculated exploitation.)

Since then, the government removed updates from its website on the number of children registered in the Ontario Autism Program and how many had received interim funding, and refused to publicly divulge the number of children receiving government-funded therapy in response to media requests. –  This demonstrates that ‘derelection of Duty is common place for ‘Honourable’ State Actors?  Nothing honourable about it, a fucking cunt is what she is!!!

Meanwhile, the Ontario Autism Coalition complained that Fullerton had not meaningfully met with them since taking over the ministry and did not hold a single news conference to publicly discuss or update the program.”  Ottawa Citizen

Zero accountability – when the going gets tough, Fullerton gets gone – completely disappears to avoid being held accountable for all the harm she has caused Canada’s most marginalized minorities.

And who do they get to replace her?  Michael the Predator Parsa.  And what does Michael the Predator Parsa do?  Well, instead of fixing the problem, he doubles down on Fulleterton’s strategy and gets Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker to defend the derelection of Duty by his public office!!!

What’s REALLY going on here?  Michael the Predator Parsa assumes the office of Merrilee the Fraudster Fullerton and by Way of the Duties associated with that accepting that position of public office, he inherits all of Merrilee the Fraudster Fullerton’s derelection of Duty and is tasked with cleaning up the mess Fullerton left behind.

Now, in an Honest, Honourable government, We might expect a bad apple in the bunch from time to time, and it would be perfectly reasonable for a government to ‘quietly’ exit that official and plead ignorance, telling mainstream media networks that they are ‘surprised’ by the sudden move and We, the People, might actually forget about Fullerton and allow her to get away with her derelection of duty if the new Minister came into the Office in Good Faith and fixed the problems the incompetent, dis-Honourable Minister Merrilee the Fraudster Fullerton left behind…  Right?   We wouldn’t be happy about what Fullerton had done, but We’d likely for Give and for Get if the new Minister was genuinely interested in fixing the problems that caused the first Minister to Fall.

But no, instead, Michael the Predator Parsa follows suit and appoints the provincial liar posing as lawyer Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker to defend the criminal negligence and derelection of duty by his Ministry, accepting full civil and criminal lie ability for the mess Fullerton left behind and even Claiming ownership of the criminal malfeasance by as King of his liar posing as lawyer to defend the criminal breach of Trust by his Ministry.

What the media didn’t tell You is that Fullerton was also in receipt of this letter from Yours Truly, complaining about the Ontario Works Act considering Fullerton is the One Trusted to makes sure that the Act sufficiently fulfills the ficuciary obligate-Sean’s it was designed to guarantee the protect-Sean of – You know, like making sure ‘basic needs’ represents a dollar Value sufficient to provide for One’s basic needs (food, housing, clothing, health care).

So I advised her that I felt she was negligent in her duties and also enabling the constructive exploit a Sean of Ontario Works Benefits by endorsing the Clara the Freakshow Friere’s criminal breach of Trust and derelection of duty by all members of the Ministry under her direct supervision.

Now, I Wish for You to consider that when One Writes a government office, that correspondence Creates a permanent Public Record.  The government has a legal and lawful obligation to retain a copy of all letters received by their People, and that is also why You can Write any government official without using any postage because the Crown Will cover the cost and the Crown Will maintain a receipt because the Crown pays for it (offsets the cost as a fiduciary obligation because the People of Canada must always have a means to send Orders to their public SERVANTS).  The People are a higher status than their public servants, so they don’t have to pay postage to talk to any of them.  The government does not Wish for You to remember this.  Go down to City Hall here in Ottawa anytime and You Will see the Keys of the City on display, the are worn around the neck of the mayor on a chain.  Why a chain? To remind the People that the Mayor is a slave to the Will of the People.   Seriously – it actually says that and is publicly advertised.  If they don’t Honour it, it’s false advertising and a breach of Trust.

So when Merrilee the Fraudster Fullerton leaves office, the Notice of Lie-Ability doesn’t disappear, it becomes the responsibility of Michael the Predator Parsa, who (no coincidences) does not have a ‘general email’ (hoping to plead ignorance).  He would literally take over Fraudster Fullerton’s inbox and is hoping that by separating him Self from the individual duties and responsibilities of the office he can claim plausible deniability.  Not so much.

Reporting Clara the Criminal Freier to Michael Parsa, Minister of Community and Social Services

Yeah, not so ‘unexpected’ when One knows the backstory, right?  She was in hot water with the Autism Society, shirking her responsibilities in old age homes during the plandemic, and takes no Action whatsoever when she learns the Ottawa office is involved in the City of Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’, colluding with City Councillor Cathy Curry and Home for Good’s Kelly the Criminal Kritsch to siphon money into the hands of not for profit Multi Hustle Initiative, otherwise known as MHI, or ‘Multifaith Housing Initiative’.

So when Michael the Predator Parsa took office, I Gave him the Benefit of the doubt, that’s the Purpose of a Notice, so One ‘takes Notice’ and can no longer plead ignorance.  Make no mistake about it, to not respond is to ignore, an Act of ignorance by definition.  It is also a breach of Trust because the Service Standard in Ontario for a slave to get back to the Master or Mistress is 24-48 hours or they are in breach of Trust and no longer standing ‘in Honour’.  They lose the ‘Honourable’ Member of Parliament status because they have proven to be an un-Trust-worthy piece of shit.

Instead, he asks Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker to defend the Ottawa Ontario Works office criminal breach of Trust!  Remember that the City of Ottawa’s lawyer for Ontario Works got schooled in the first SBT hearing with Brian Killick?

Well, as We discussed in Samantha the Moronic Montreuil’s Dossier, Samantha the Silenced Moron Montreuil has been Missing in Action ever since – the city of Ottawa has been defenseless!  No liar posing as lawyer at all!  So what do they do?  They have Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker play exactly the same game!!!  He sits there like an idiot trying to defend the criminal Acts of the administrator, suggesing I need to file a FOIA request to find out what documents Ontario Works has that they Promised to Honour on My file?  A fucking cunt is what he is!!!

Why else would a provincial liar posing as lawyer be showing up at an SBT hearing without Notice to Me?  They said it was because I am complaining of ‘Charter’ violate-Sean’s.  Well, yeah, dumbass – spoliation of documents is more than just a violation of My Charter rights, it’s a criminal Act of obstruct-Sean and contempt subject to fourteen years in jail!!!

So We’ll be serving Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker with another SBT-2512-08602-NOTICE of SUMMONS TO ACT AS COUNSEL, advising him that he’d better get Parsa’s Ministry in line quick or he’s going to become known as a treasonous traitor to Canada’s People! This Notice makes Parsa a co-conspirator in Fullerton’s original crime of trespass upon a Governor General to His Majesty and makes him complicit in the City of Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’ with not for profit landlord, Multi-Hustle Initiative, otherwise known as Multifaith Housing Initiative, ‘MHI’.
