The reason a third (for profit) party is undertaking the survey for MHI is provide and maintain confidentiality for all their tenants. MHI does not have access to any of the Survey Monkey data, only I do. As an experienced academic I know how to maintain absolute confidentiality.” – translate, Sean? I was hired because I know they are extremely negligent and there was a damning Town Hall meeting with the tenants here, so We have come to say We are a ‘third party’ not connected to MHI to Give the tenants a sense of false hope while We take the money ear-marked for maintenance and repairs, depriving tenants of what they actually need but ensure absolute confidentially – We Will never tell any One how much the landlord is exploiting People, that inform a Sean Will be for My eyes only. I can be Trusted to ensure their racketeering operation remains operational.
“All MHI will see is the overall results across everyone who answered the whole survey. (Minus all the negative reviews We redact and no One Will know because it’s all ‘anonymous’ and confidential). “For example the % of people who feel safe in their community and the % who feel unsafe. This overall information will provide a baseline to understand what’s working for tenants and areas where MHI needs to improve. I think these are things MHI should know about.” (Because safety is much more important than dignity and routine maintenance.)

“I will give you an opportunity to ask to have your information removed from the survey – but I will not accept any more of the type of email you sent this morning.” Now she Wishes to make it sound like she’s ‘doing Me a favour’ by removing My inform a Sean from the survey so that they are no longer in possession of the damning EVIDENCE of institutional corruption and money laundering through their very own for profit firm when the money should be going to the tenants, not to MHI’s public ‘facelift’. This is exploitation of marginalized minorities disguises as social responsibility. It’s fraud!!! And all consent to the survey was obtained under false pretenses and promises of Real change – because they are a ‘third party’ and only interested in the Truth of the situation for the purpose of public accountability. They are the exact opposite, here to bury the complaints in bureaucracy so they can plead ignorance of the real issues.
“I have not contacted MHI about these emails – but if you continue to send them, you will leave me no choice but to take this course of action.” – this is clearly and obviously a threat. ‘I Will have no choice but to take this course of action’? What does that even mean, what are MHI going to do, retaliate against Me even more for complaining about their criminal abuse and theft of My subsidy for six years? She is now jointly and severally liable and officially charged with racketeering and money laundering to exploit marginalized minorities.
