Hello every One and welcome to the Motive a Sean all Monday Edition and the ‘His Story Call’ Archive of Posts from this day. So far (and somewhat surprisingly) July 4th is the only day so far (since WordPress dot org updated ‘achievements’) that I had NOT Writ a Post previously (and We filled that gap this year).
I do like the feature though because it Gives Me some archive content to Post (and update SEO’s and such when time permits) and let’s Me at least tell You what I am war King on when I don’t have time to get the full Post published.
The ‘Big Reveal’ that I’ve been Promising for today is that We have received confirm a Sean that the Notices of Civil and Criminal Liability We have served upon the SBT for their collusion with Ontario Works are part of an investigation into the City of Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’.
Another litigant before the SBT Demanded disclosure of documents necessary to prove her case that was being withheld by several State Actors in the City of Ottawa and within the SBT, suggesting she must make FOIA requests to obtain her own documents (and pay fees, economic exploitation, obstruction of justice and abuse of process). The most exciting part for Me Will be sharing the actual cover letter of Demand to the SBT with You because it was very well Writ in Deed!
The SBT responded to that Cover Letter of Demand with:
- 2505-03340 – ATTENTION MADELEINE MBUYI – NOTICE OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY (by Yours Truly)
- July 3, 2026 – Notice of Obstruction of Justice
- Kickback_Ottawa
- SBT File Number: 2512-09500
- Mbuyi
- The Email Sent by the Appellant to: the Ottawa Police Fraud Investigation, SBT Registrar, LSO, and Your Truly
I can’t share two, four and six with You until I speak with the Appellant and make sure she is okay with having her name and email publicly shared. As I have said on Record previously, the privacy of the SBT hearings is only for the protection of the Appellant, State Actors and the Administrators have no right to privacy whatsoever. However, I am confident that the individual Will be fine with Me sharing the unredacted documents simply because any One does have the right to request the public files for these Matters which Will include the names of the parties and their legal address of service (email has been legal service of documents since the start of the plandemic, perhaps the only benefit of the lockdown).
I have officially responded to the email, though and served that on the SBT and LSO as well (I averted the Ottawa Police because I know they are complicit but the Appellant doesn’t know that yet) and the email reply to the Appellant was ‘anonymous’ (as usual). But it was a Gift from God because it Shows that there is some One on the inside that is on the side of the People and perhaps cannot use their name because so many others at the SBT are complicit and would suffer ‘whistleblower’ backlash.
What is shows, is that the investigation into Ottawa’s ‘Kickback Scheme’ is ongoing and now the SBT has made My Notices part of that official investigation and now there are multiple victims of the fraud. Remember, the criminal landlord of this complex is planning to have five hundred tenants to exploit financially by the end of this year, so a criminal investigation and timely arrests of State Actors Will be welcome, I’m sure.
All of this Will be added to the evidence page I am creating for the OPP which Will continue to be a growing body of work!!!
