Volume XC: The Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Wednesday Edition; Black Magic Magistrate

Welcome to the Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Wednesday Edition, thank King You for being here.  Well, My Claim against the city of Ottawa and the Salvation Army Booth Centre was dismissed as ‘frivolous and vexatious’, which is both disappointing and discouraging.  It marks a dark day for the Canadian Justice system, and says as much about the city of Ottawa as it does about justice Robert Beaudoin, whom is responsible for issuing the Order and no stranger to dark determinations, including the acquittal of accused serial rapist, Paul Batchelor.

Since the acquittal, four more women with no connection to one another, have stepped forward claiming to have been violently raped by Paul Batchelor – You can read the article here.  This isn’t old news, either, the article is from June of 2019.  My guess is that this isn’t the first time Beaudoin has been incorrect in his determination, but I presume he has a Good relationship with the city of Ottawa and Will be happy to Sign virtually any order that protects the city’s reputation whether there are reasonable grounds for the decision or not.

The justice’s decision to endorse the order is both incorrect and unreasonable, and does not meet the criteria of the case law cited in the order.  What were the grounds for finding My claim to be ‘vexatious’?

“I have reviewed the Statement of Claim in this Matter.  The first notable feature is that it is entirely Hand Written in Script.  The plaintiff has applied a red thumbprint where a signature is otherwise required.  The same is True of the Affidavit of Service and the information for Court Use.  This Notice to the Registrar reads as follows:

Please kindly take Notice that Lord Sean, House of von Dehn, Hand of Stephen, Kingdom of God, has the Power to discharge any Court costs necessary to defend the Common Law rights of Canada’s People in the Service of His Duty and Oath to God and the Queen, Her Grace, Glory and Majesty, Elizabeth II.

at the outset, I notice that the plaintiff is not a legal entity and such, he has no right to initiate any legal proceeding in that name.”

This is what really Matters, anyway, this is the real Common Law Court.  And I am Lord Sean, or King Sean, or whatever other name I choose to Call My Self that I feel best Honours the Gift God Gave Me, My Calling in the Universe, the One Song.  The justice is incorrect; and I have done My due diligence.  The highest authority of Canada’s Courts have been Given Notice, and the documents are all Published here on My Blog which is a legal and Lawful International Publication and Court of Record.

The funny thing is, part of it is true, I am technically not a legal entity, the justice is correct about that.  The legal entity is the incorporated person, the legal fiction, the commercial character, the business name, the paper People carry around in their pockets with their picture on it, calling it ‘ID’.  The ‘ID’-entity is the name they Wish for Me to use in Court because it’s the one that is subject to their commercial codes; I am not, and I may not be compelled to accept any commercial titles, nor can I be denied access to Justice for refusing to contract.  A Man can choose to be Called anything She Wishes.

When I first received the email, I was truly surprised.  Once again, there are several reasons I Writ My complaint the Way I did, and one of the primary reasons was to demonstrate that One should not be required to be an expert in Law to have their Voice heard, they need only tell the tale of the harm that was done.  The Rules of Civil Procedure were followed, and whether the Style of My Statement of Claim be to their liking or not, the arguments I am making are perfectly clear and it is most certainly not grounds for a frivolous or vexatious claim.  To presume the city of Ottawa does not comprehend what it is I’m complaining about is more than a little ridiculous.  Can You really blame Me for being a little candid about it?

So on one Hand, it is really disappointing.  I was not expecting it and I was feeling that Fire in My belly when I first got the news, I was somewhat furious.  But I met with Dan and vented to him for a bit and by the time I got back, I was actually feeling pretty Good about it.  The Notice I Gave to the Court is absolutely True whether the justice knows it or not.  Now that he’s quoted it on the Court of Record in his determination, he can’t Claim he wasn’t Given Notice, either.

Dan said something to Me today that perhaps helped to lighten My load a little,

“You know Sean, Your Life is like a Hollywood movie.  Don’t worry about today, You’ll know what to do, just sleep on it.”

I already know exactly what I’m going to do, but I’m going to Keep it a Secret for now, though I am thing King some of My Faithful readers Will have some Idea what it might be.  That’s the only clue I’m going to Give for now, but the Truth is I’m feeling more Blessed than I have in a long time.  What this morning seemed a demoralizing defeat has become My most Gracious Gift.  Everything is perspective, Lords and Ladies, Queens and Kings.

I have said several times that nothing I do is arbitrary and that the weight of a Man’s Magic Magnifies over time.  It is rather sad to report such disappointing news, My Wish was to Show the world just how “Just” and Honourable Canada’s Justice system is, and I had anticipated that once the city had enough information to know that harm was being done to Ottawa’s People, they would use it to remove Ottawa’s People from harm and be happy to have the Matter heard by a Court.  I’d like to think that the ‘Powers that be’ really are there for the Ministry of Good Works.

This was not the result I was expecting, but a great deal of Magic was Cast into My Claim.  For now, I Will quietly wait and watch while My Magic Manifests. 😉
