Giving Life to the Walking Dead

I don’t watch the Walking Dead television series, in fact, I don’t even watch television, though I do enjoy watching some shows when I have the time and if I can get them without commercials.  Game of Thrones is one of My favourites and I still have the last season to catch up on.  Lately I’ve been too busy.  But it was no surprise for Me that zombies became a popular theme in both video games and television and I mentioned before how it’s a great metaphor for the state of the world.  Legally, most of Us are a walking corpse, a corpus title, a corporation, a certified person.

This Blog is as much about how there are no coincidences in the Universe, how God is guiding Us every step of the Way if We have eyes to see, as it is about Law or Magic.  I may not be religious, but I know the laws of Our world are founded in God and Christian teachings, Roman Catholic to be more specific.

I don’t remember how Chris and I first began tall King with one another.  What I do remember, is that My documents are not something I generally show to a man the first time We meet, yet soon I was sharing them with Him, tall King about My philosophies and He was eager to hear more.  Soon We were tall King about the Universe, Magic and within a week after We first met, I was invited to an ‘unbaptism ceremony’.  I was intrigued and the group performing the ritual are a satanic temple, which intrigued Me even more.  I am not the least bit concerned about being ‘tempted’ by any dark side, though I was very interested in the ceremony and to learn what they know about Magic.

The irony for Me is that the ceremony reminded Me something of a courthouse; everyone was dressed in black which seemed contrary to the idea of it.  The ‘Idea’ of the ceremony was that none of them had consciously chosen to be baptized, it was done to them by their parents without their informed consent and before they were lawfully able to make an informed decision themselves – that part I get.  Part of the ceremony also involved the introduction of sin, the biting of the apple, then casting the apple away.  That part I still don’t get.  The introduction of God’s knowledge allowed for man to stray from God and develop the sense of ‘Self’; individuality and competition that allowed for the development of ego.  If Adam and Eve had never entered into sin, none of Us would be here, they would have remained in the garden of Eden forever.  However, what I did appreciate about the ceremony and the intention of it, was the Idea of being freed from the sin the Roman Catholic Church insists all of man is born into…  And We are.

We are born into sin because We are born into a commercial idea called CAPITALISM, where We have been taught to glorify the self and compete for as much wealth as We can possibly acquire.  Worse still, We consider the wealthiest of Our people examples of success, suggesting it is a great thing to live in luxury – not only while others suffer, but at the expense of those who suffer [from poverty].

Had My friend been available to meet with Me on his name day, I would not have had the opportunity to have lunch with Captain Yoo, would not have had the wonderful conversations I had with him, and would not have been introduced to ROMANS where I happened to find the perfect passage to share with My friend to accompany his name day Gift.

I am also sharing it here because I am finding that the Bible is an excellent instruction manual to accompany My teaching of the Law.  Most of Us know that there was once a Bible in every courtroom for a man to ‘swear on’.  I am quite confident than any man who fully understands the Bible and knows its content well enough could use it to defend against any charge in a court of law.  It may sound somewhat radical to suggest that legally We are all walking dead, but here is what the Bible has to say about the ‘system of things’ that currently govern Our world.

ROMANS 6:1-7

What are We to say then?  Should We continue in sin so that undeserved kindness may increase?  Certainly not!  Seeing that We died with reference to sin, how can We keep living any longer in it?  Or do You not know that all of Us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?  So We were buried with him through Our baptism into his death, in Order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the Glory of the Father, so We also should walk in a newness of life.  If We have become united with him in the likeness of his death, We Will certainly also be united with him in the likeness of his resurrection.  For We know that Our old personality was nailed to the stake along with him in order for Our sinful body to be made powerless, so that We should no longer go on being slaves to sin.  For the one who has died has been acquitted of his sin.

Moreover, if We have died with Christ, We believe We will also live with him.  For We know that Christ, now that he has been raised up from the dead, dies no more, death is no longer master over him.  For the death that he died, he died with reference to sin once for all time, but the Life that he lives, he lives with reference to God.  Likewise You, consider Yourselves to be dead with reference to sin but Living with reference to God through Christ Jesus.

Therefore, do not let sin continue to rule as king (asking) in Your mortal bodies so that You should obey their desires.
