Early Thursday Thing King Edition; The Universal High Court of the King’s Bench, House von Dehn

Hello every One and thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure and Honour to have You in My House. I was a little disappointed to have missed getting a Post published here for the Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday Edition yesterday just because I have been war King on something so very Magical in Deed.

As I’m sure You Will have guessed, today’s feature photo is the Magical Create-Sean I am war King on. One of the reasons I’m not going to be tall King about the Rule of Law so much here anymore is because the State Actors in Canada seem to be thing King the Rule of Law does not apply to them. Obviously, it makes it rather difficult to demonstrate a point when it’s not applicable.

I knew there was some corruption in Canada’s Courts, just the same as I know there are some corrupt doctors who care more about money than their patients, but I generally try to presume that is the except-Sean to the Rule, not the norm. I do know there are really Good Judges and doctor’s out there who became what they are because they care about People and what they can do for the People. There are Judges out there who do believe in Constitutions and the inherent, God Given rights of the People as much as I do – I just haven’t had the Good Fortune of being able to Show Case any of that here.

To Keep this Act of My Play a little more entertaining and light Hearted, I’m moving the more serious stuff to the International High Court of the King’s Bench where I’m setting up a new Scene on the world stage for these State Actors to Play out their Role. It Will be a proper Show Case of the True nature of their Character in this Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean.

I Will also be inviting others to join Me. Kind of like an entirely independent ‘ombudsman’, except for the whole world. Basically, all I’m doing is offering a permanent, public Record with an international jury of peers as witnesses to the proceedings. All proceedings Will be heard strictly in Writing and I’ll have very rigid but simple Rules for service of documents on the parties before the Court. Other than that, it Will just be a Public Record of Common Law proceedings in Writing. If a resolution isn’t reached, the Court Will provide the Court of Record to the People who come before it so they CAN bring the Matter before a Court of Competent Juris Diction for remedy. And yes, I separate those Words deliberately to emphasize that Juris Diction is determined by the language (diction) of the Court, not the locate Sean. 😉

More seriously, though – the Court I’m Creating is every bit as legitimate as the Hague or any other International Court, meaning the Authority is equally binding, though subject to slightly different Juris Diction.

Any One can Create a Court because the first thing a Court requires is a Sovereign because no One but God has authority over Man. So the Common Law presumes that the only requirement for a Court in the first place is because two Sovereign People cannot resolve a dispute and consent to have the Matter heard by another Sovereign they Trust.

The reason such a simple concept becomes so complicated so quickly is because each of the Sovereign People may have different Ideas about the Rule of Law, and each are fully entitled to have different ideas about the Rule of Law – so long as their differences do not trespass upon the Rule of Law.

So it really becomes a Matter of what IS the Rule of Law? Who is correct? Well, frankly, things like constitutions were Created to determine who is correct. Written documents and contractual obligate Sean’s Give authority and juris Diction to a Court. It is Commonly agreed that We all have a duty and obligation to do Our part to protect the inherent rights of Man’s kind and further the objectives of the United Nations to accomplish Peace in the world. Freedom from fear and want was declared the highest aspire a Sean of Man’s Spirit. True Story.

Consent to the Authority of My Court is not required because the State Actors are already contractually bound to the Covenants My Kingdom is Keeping. The contractual obligate-Sean IS the consent of State Actors whether they like it or not.
